Visited London with my daughters for a Birthday Weekend. Staff very welcoming. Attention to details in rooms very impressive. Particularly liked illuminated make up mirror in bathroom. Would definitely stay again. Location is brilliant, next to Borough Market and the Shard. Hope to visit again B4 Christmas.

Room Tip: Go for the Executive Rooms, they are really good.

A very nice hotel which we enjoyed. Near The Shard, The Burroughs, pubs, underground access. Wonderful breakfast buffet. The rooms we had included king size beds, minibar, and reliable high speed wifi. We can recommend this hotel without reservation.

Room Tip: Choose executive rooms with king size bed, avoid rooms near workout area

I have been to this hotel the last 2 months for 3 times now, including a weekend for leisure.
Every time at arrival friendly faces and friendly good mornings and good evenings, which is already a first good impression. The first 2 times I stayed in a Executive King room and the last time in a deluxe room. I would say that the deluxe room is larger and better, but that is my opinion.
I did not had breakfast any of the times or dinner, I used however the bar. That was a wonderful experience every time, especially when the bartenders prepared a great mojito.
All the amenities at the room were enough and also the bed was good and comfortable.
Maybe one flaw is that not all rooms can be reached with an elevator, so you have to take a few steps with your luggage, however only when you arrive and leave.
Even it is at a busy road in the morning the rooms are quiet and dark. Wifi is free, so is there a coffee and tea maker and free bottle of water.
I will be certainly going back when I am in our London office.

Room Tip: Take a deluxe room instead of an executive king

I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in London. Only a two minute walk from the tube and room was clean, big bed and huge TV. Breakfast buffet was nice and service good. All staff were polite and helpful.

Hotel room is compact but well laid out, rooms are cool in summer and very comfortable. Location is amazing as you are metres from the tube, borough market and minutes from the thames. Lots of eateries of various types and budgets nearby. We love just wandering around london and Convent Garden but found this location suited us much better.

This was my second stay at the London Bridge Hotel and my the third stay for my parents. It is their location, cleanliness, and service that keeps us coming back. On our second day there, they surprised us with a large plate of fresh fruit and chocolates! The hotel is beautiful and is extremely up-to-date and well-kept. They can accommodate three people in some of their rooms with a cot, which is important because it is difficult to find triples in some European countries. Even though we arrived fairly early, our room was ready, which was a major plus after our long flight. In addition, since we booked at otel.com, we were able to get a bed and breakfast deal and their breakfast is truly incredible. Always shop around on both the hotel's website and websites like otel.com to see if you can get a breakfast deal. You will be happy you did (see my pictures for proof). The hotel's location is right down the block from the London Bridge Station. If you are flying into Heathrow or are arriving at one of the Eurostar stations like St. Pancras, you can easily take the underground to the hotel. Just make sure to look for the signs for the lifts so you do not have to drag your baggage up any stairs. When you get to London Bridge Station, exit by the Overground Station area, since the hotel is right down the block from that part of the station. It is very close to The Shard. The hotel gives you complimentary water daily and has coffee/tea in the room. In addition, there is a bar attached to the hotel. The restaurant where breakfast is served also serves dinner. My only complaint is that the cot could be more comfortable. Otherwise everything was simply perfect! When we return to London, we will definitely be back and we strongly recommend this hotel to all travelers heading to London for both business and pleasure!

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a high floor not facing the main street. If you need a triple with a cot, make su...
