Stayed with my daughter recently and was just blown away with how genuinely friendly, helpful and caring the hotel staff were towards us!

The hotel itself is in a great location for anyone travelling in to Euston or St Pancras, it is just minutes away. The entrance is oddly around the side, and not obvious, but once inside, everything is perfect.

The reception area is spacious and for lovers of design, bowler hat light shades being the pick! Staff are attentive and looking to assist/guide/help as soon as you enter - one even has an iPad so you can ask for directions, and within seconds, you have your answer.

Room was again modern, big enough for two, just, and full of nice design features. It also had all of the standard requirements including a strong wi-fi signal. On our floor (the 9th), there are spectacular views down Euston Road, so I sat working there one morning!

Breakfast was first class. Smoothies in shot glasses, a selection of hot and cold items that spanned all tastes - fresh fruit, breads and pastries, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, fish and of course, The Full English.

When we ordered tea in the afternoon, the young lady had filled in our room number, and when asked how she knew, she replied "That's my job, Sir."

Everyone has a different set of expectations, and standards, but we found the Pullman just about the friendliest hotel we've stayed at. Well done!

Room Tip: The back is quieter, naturally.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We were in London for 2 days for a social visit and only booked the hotel at the last minute. From check- in to check-out the staff were friendly, helpful, well organised and always pleasant. Our room was a good size with a large, comfortable bed and the shower and toilet facilities were very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold dishes. We also had one lunch and one dinner and both meals were excellent, the waiting staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Definitely 10 out of 10 for this hotel for location, as it is only a few minutes walk from Kings Cross station and for their staff.

Great hotel, lovely rooms and friendly ambience, centrally located with good services.
Didn't have time for breakfast but from what I seen it looked good. Efficient check in and check out with helpful staff who are not in your face. Definitely use again!

All things considered a comfortable stay in a very good hotel.

The Pullman St Pancras is very well located with excellent train, bus and underground connections at its doorstep. Not the most beautiful building from the outside but a very stylish, contemporary and modern interior more than compensate.

From check-in to check-out my stay was flawless and very comfortable in most respects. Despite being familiar with such a view the 11th floor Superior Room afforded great views of The City of London, especially at night. However, I must agree with others that sirens on the Euston Road were a touch troublesome, even on the higher floors, so possibly ask for a rear facing room if you feel this is likely to be a problem. Don't be put off though as the room and bathroom were in themselves great.

I only dealt with the hotel reception staff who as expected were polite, efficient and helpful. I am sure this high standard is replicated throughout the hotel.

A very good stay was had, I would recommend the Pullman for any kind of stay in London.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your wonderful feedback relating to your recent stay with us.

I am delighted that your experience in our hotel was a comfortable one and you enjoyed the warm hospitality from our team here. Please do request a room at the rear of the hotel if you are a light sleeper. It's part of being a city hotel and the ambience of central London.

I look forward to welcoming you back again at the Pullman London St Pancras.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable and lovely decor. Friendly and welcoming staff. Only had breakfast in the morning. Food good, but be wary, you will likely be asked to sit almost alongside another guest if you are on your own! Tables could be more spaced out and accommodating for single diners. Would definitely use this hotel again however.

Despite having a rather small room, I did not have much space to place my big luggage. All amenities in the room are fully equipped. The Breakfast have a large variety of things. The location is very convenient, and very close to tube stations. The staff are welcoming, but we did have a few complications with leaving baggage at the reception, but everything was quickly resolved. Staying in Pullman made my stay in London run very smoothly.

We stayed here for a couple of nights after arriving at Kings Cross station , the hotel is only a few minutes walk from Kings Cross / St Pancras and Euston stations which makes it perfect for rail travellers . On arrival at the hotel the staff were excellent from the door man to the reception staff .
I had requested a quiet room and high up and this request had been met with no problem , we had a large a rear facing room on the 12th floor.
We had breakfast both mornings in the Golden Arrow restaurant and the service ,quality and choice was first class - a real treat
The hotel décor is contemporary and stylish both in the public rooms and in the bedroom with good quality toiletries in the bathroom .
The only negative was the bed and this was a big negative , usually in this quality of hotel the beds and pillows are of excellent quality unfortunately here the beds are very basic and rock hard !! Whilst we like a firm bed this was poor in the extreme , in fairness when I questioned it at reception after a restless first night they arranged to have a second mattress topper added to the bed which improved the situation slightly .
Apart from this one setback we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be returning on our next stay in London .

Room Tip: The front facing rooms look out onto the very busy Euston Road with its sirens blaring on a regular...
