Very efficient and friendly, is how I'd sum up this hotel. Plenty of check in desks mean you don't need to wait too long to be seen. I was in a deluxe room which was nice and big, although the decor is definitely not to my taste. Lots of vinyl and curved plastic. Bed was OK but the pilllows were awfully hard. I knew I could order more but by this time I was ready to sleep. A capsule coffee machine was a nice touch.

There are two main veggie dishes on the menu. If you're not a fan if risotto, like me, the only other option is ravioli with truffle, which is lovely but expensive at £19.00

Restaurant staff are very friendly, even correcting the bill after a bit of confusion - probably my fault! - so this was much appreciated, great service that leaves a good feeling.

Was in London for work and had meetings in Central London and near Euston. The hotel is in a good central location and has all the amenities that you would expect from a hotel like this - The lobby is quite nice and the service is good. Room is of good size and bed was comfortable.
Overall I would rate this as 3.5 stars depending on the price you pay for the room.

This is a great hotel 5 minutes walk from the eurostar station and a super location for the new st pancreas commercial area. The service is good, and discrete.

Only a few niggles; the phone is only a portable by the bed, so if you want to use it by the desk make sure its a short call otherwise the battery runs low. The room service menu is quite small. There was only decaf coffee available in the room and the entrance has no slope to wheel in heavy cases

If this is the only negatives then that isn't bad hey!

Room Tip: front rooms are a bit noisy

Dear lenaDubai,

I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed your time here at the Pullman London St Pancras!

The central location of the hotel is such a great advantage for guests such as yourself. It's very convenient indeed.

Our maintenance team have checked the telephone in the room to ensure that it is working properly. With a full battery, you can use it for an extended period of time. We will soon be introducing a new room service menu - more options. And lastly, we have a baggage lift instead of ramp for our your convenience.

Thank you again. Your comments are most gratefully appreciated.

I do hope we get the opportunity to welcome you back.

Best regards,

Good location, a few minutes walk to the Eurostar at St. Pancras, so the ideal place to stay. Very clean and tidy hotel with a good restaurant and varied menu. Room was of a fair size, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom functional, not sure it's worth the rack rate of £300 a night but we got a deal so didn't concern us. Would stay here again if needed to but only with a deal.
