Not much to say about the Pullman London St Pancras other than the rooms are quite sterile and extremely tiny. The service is very much 'text-book-style' and quite robotic in nature. Prices are surprisingly high for a budget hotel. The only good thing about this property is the proximity to St Pancras Station - less than a 5 minute walk.

Dear LuxTravelerHK,

Thanks so very much for your review.

Indeed the central location of the hotel close to the three mainline is a great advantage for our guests who are traveling onto the Eurostar or around the UK.

Your comments are greatly appreciated and we hope to welcome you back.

Best regards,

Here for a couple of nights on a business trip, location is perfect as we had guests travelling from far and wide and it was right on the doorstep on Kings Cross, St Pancras, and Euston. We didn't use the meeting rooms in the hotel as they had no natural light and we were planning a couple of days of intensive meetings - a shame as I would have happily given them more of my business.

Reception staff extremely helpful and the lobby and bar areas were spotless. The room I had was large, clean, and furnished in a modern style. It had everything I needed and more for business travel - wifi, a good sized desk, an ironing board and iron, mending kits - all the details that you usually only get in the higher end hotels were there as standard, and yet for central London, the price was not bad at all.

We dined with a large party in the restaurant at very short notice and were accommodated without a hitch. The prices for the evening meals were high, but the food was of a very high standard, although the service was rather slow. However, breakfast was fantastic - the widest selection of fresh fruit I've ever seen in a hotel - raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, many melons, pineapple etc etc - delicious!

A very good experience, will definitely come again.

Dear Alex T,

Many thanks indeed for your kind review.

I was delighted to read that you enjoyed your time with us ... especially the fresh and varied offerings at the buffet. It is definitely a big winner with our guests.

We have a beautifully designed meeting room on the 15th floor that has panoramic views of London and lots of natural light. The Business Playground is a place for work and a playing field for ideas. This would be a great option for your meetings. Please feel free to contact me if you would like see the meeting space.

With regards to your experience in Golden Arrow, again thank you for your comments. We are happy that we were able to accomodate your party at very short notice. We had to manage the service with our existing team and do apologize that service was slower than normal.

Your comments are most gratefully received and I do hope I will have the opportunity to welcome you back.

With my best wishes.

We booked this hotel as it was near to Euston.
It is a few minutes walk from there and St Pancras and Kings Cross, so onward travel is relatively straight forward.
The hotel is modern, clean and light.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
We had a room on the 4th floor, overlooking Euston Rd, not a good view, but presumably higher up would be better. As we were not in the room that much this was not a major problem. The room was very spacious, especially by London standards and well maintained. No bath, just a shower which may not suit everyone. Very comfortable large bed.
Great breakfast selection and service, only minor niggle was the toaster.
Would definitely consider for a future stay in London.

Room Tip: Higher floor presumably have better views of the city.

Chose to stay in this part of London as we wanted to be close to Kings Cross station for train travel. The hotel is in a very handy position only a couple of minutes walk up the road.
It isn't much to look at from the outside but has the wow factor once you step in. Also, every time we entered the hotel a staff member would walk over and greet us. I thought the service here was excellent.
The hotel is done in a very modern style which didn't actually grab me at first but I grew to like it. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom and toiletries were very good.
We had breakfast included and although it was very busy it was an excellent breakfast with a lot of staff on the floor.
I have never stayed in the Kings Cross area before but found it convenient and with all the facilities and shops etc at the station it was handy for everything

We were so impressed with the hotel. The room was quite spacious for the central location ( it's literally a 3 minutes walk away from St Pancras) The hotel was clean, modern and sleek. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The was such a fantastic selection for breakfast, something for all tastes including fresh smoothies, traditional English and a lovely choice of pastries, cakes and breads. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London.

Normally we treat ourselves to a Hilton or Grange. On this occasion we stayed at the Pullman St Pancras. We only had a quick stay over but arrived early at 1100 fully expecting we would have to put our luggage in storage for a few hours, as advertised. Nothing could have been further from the information advertised, not only were we given an upgrade at a reduced price to Small Suite, but given a room immediately.
The room is exactly as advertised. Don't expect more or less. The staff were very attentive and breakfast the following morning as expected.
On a sensible note we should have stayed in a smaller room for such a short period, but it was very nice, so no complaints at paying the extra.
We also nipped up to the top floor to take some panoramic photos, which was certainly worth it, as the hotel have supplied a couple of easy chairs against the window for that very reason.
Will we go back? Yes, hopefully for longer to make full use of it next time.

I have stayed here before it was under the Pullman chain, and they have definitely given it a new makeover. Decor is sleek and modern.

Rooms are reasonable, have everything you need.

Staff and check in very efficient. It's perfect for Eurostar but the prices per night for just room only make it a necessity stop over only.
