Excellent design hotel near St Pancras (200m from the station). We arrived at 10 and we could immediately enjoy the room. It was clean, the bathroom was clean as well and very modern. The staff was polite and helpful. It is 25 min walk to Oxford street. They have a nice bar and breakfast was amazing !

We stayed here the night before taking the Eurostar and chose it because of location. We were very pleasantly surprised. The staff could not do enough to assure our comfort and convenience. The hotel has a welcoming modern design which is very attractive. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well-appoined. The breakfast buffet was more diverse and better than any other hotel offering. The location is near the British Museum and Library but the neighborhood is not great and far from most of the central London sights. Our grandson loved the rainforest shower and we loved the view from our room. Rates were reasonable.

Room Tip: Great city view.

By choice this is the best London hotel to stay in - accessible for train and tube. But the staff are friendly and welcoming.
There are high standards here. Breakfast is disappointing and not as good as the Mercure in Sheffield.
The choice of wine is excellent as is the quality of the rooms and the evening food.
Well worth a visit.
For those who like a jog in the morning, turn right out of the hotel, past Euston station, turn left and head towards Warren Street and just after the TUC offices turn left again, follow your nose and this brings you on to the road that runs from Russell Square to London Euston.

Room Tip: Ask for a high floor room

This hotel impresses as soon as you walk through the door. I stay in London 1 night every week and this is the first of many nights at the Pullman. The welcome I received was second to none, my room had a view of The British Library and The towers of St Pancras which was lovely.

I am now booked in for the next 6 weeks and looking forward to it.

We were not here for a special treat, merely an overnight stop between trains. The reception area is spacious and friendly, and the rooms and bathrooms are excellent.

I mention the special treat aspect in my title because if you are going to eat here you need to live on the same planet as those other people who are able to regard money as if it grows on trees. Being of relatively modest means we opted for the Pizza Express just across the road for a decent meal at a reasonable price.
