I booked this hotel purely on trip advisor rating and price.
It was in a very convenient spot close to 2 tube stations on different tube lines.
The staff were abit aloof , but were always helpful and cooperative.
Rooms and breakfast were very good for the price.
Yes I would recommend it.

Room Tip: Try to get a room facing the back which is very quiet, though the street its on is not a major road s...

This is a fabulous hotel. Stayed here for my first trip to London (along with 5 yr old and husband who has been to London a few times). Located off the Bayswater tube station. Very easy to get to from the airport. Definately no need to spend the money on taxi. Walking distance to many yummy inexpensive restaurants and one minute walk from small mall with a few stores. Hyde park is a five minute walk. My son loved this park and the huge play area. Bayswater station is convenient to everywhere.

Inside of hotel is very cute. Our room had a queen size bed and loft up five steps with a twin and own tv. This was excellent for my son. There is a tv for the queen bed also. Table has everything u need to make coffee or tea in AM. Closet space is limited but I'm saying this as an American where we r use to closets the size of bedrooms. Just don't pack too many things that need hanging and put suitcases up by the twin bed. Toilet and shower area - no complaints at all.

Breakfast was included. It wasn't anything special but perfect for a quick bite before walking out the door. Grab an extra banana or apple for a mix morning snack.

I will decinately stay here again. Happy to answer any questions!!!

This is a two star hotel. You cannot expect anything more from it than that, but we were pleasantly surprised. We had a spacious room that was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was good and well supplied. We had low expectations and chose it for location and price. Our expectation were exceeded. We will recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Room Tip: If possible, request a roman numeral room.

... yes... if you are over 1,90 (over 6') you could be having some problems while having breakfast... or while walking upstairs... or... there were so many places where i felt I could be damaging my head! ;)

Anyway.... the hotel is... average... appropriate for spending one or two nights... but I would be seriously considering different options if needing to stay longer (beds were quite uncomfy).

I booked an individual room. It was clean... but smaller than expected. Also... everything looked worn (clean though).

The area surrounding the hotel was very nice... lots of bars... tube quite close to the hotel... nice atmosphere... Definitively.. I would be choosing this same place for a short stay... but would be looking for something more comfy if planning to stay over two nights.

WIFI worked ok (2.30 MBS) but if you need faster speed try NETGEAR with the same password provided by the hotel.

Room Tip: mmmm choose a room at the lower levels since the elevator was not working when I arrived.

Stayed for one night, room is small and bathroom tiny.
Bed was not clean and had hair on it...
the room looks dated as is the entire hotel , spots on carpets, dated furniture etc.
breakfast served for the room rate was OK, internet works sporadically...
for the price paid would expect a better maintained hotel.

I was in this hotel with my husband for some days. We chose this hotel due to the location but everything was great.
I recommend this hotel, the personal of reservations was very helpfully, we had some problems and we had to change our booking twice without any problem.
The staff desk is very nice, always trying to help us and explain us all the best ways to go to the atractions. They are from some countries so I think this is a good point,
The rooms are smaller than the hotels in Spain but they are comfortable and very clean.
The continental breakfast is good as well as the personal who works in the restaurant.
We don´t have any complaint about the hotel and we are pretty sure we´ll come back there.

Excellent location, very close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations! Whiteleys mall is right across the street and Queensway street has all sorts of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. Rooms are decent, wifi is free but not very reliable. Bathrooms are pretty small. The continental breakfast and the friendly staff at the restaurant on surely helps you start a good day in London! Would stay there again for sure!
