After a very long flight we arrived here at 6.30am and were greeted by the friendly front desk staff who let us straight up to our room (we were so grateful!) The room was spacious, with a large bathroom, including a bath, a mini fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. It's well-located, close to two tube stations, Sainsburys and Waitrose supermarkets, Kensington Palace and other tourist attractions. We enjoyed our stay here and will be back next time we visit London.

We stayed over Christmas and loved this hotel. We were visiting friends and planning to do some shopping and sightseeing. It was the perfect location within easy reach of the South Ken museums as well as Knightsbridge and the West End. What's more it was very peaceful and we all slept very well. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a great stay and are delighted to have found such a super place to stay when visiting London which we do reasonably regularly.

This is a lovely clean affordable quick stay hotel! Central with lovely staff and very nice rooms. The gym is tiny and not great if your tall but it is fine for a short stay. Very pleasant boutique hotel!

The hotel is down the street from the V and A Museum, Harrods, and the Museum of Natural History in a nice neighborhood. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we discovered that the room heating system was malfunctioning. They loaned us a space heater until it could be repaired. The room had an odd layout. You enter from the hall into an anteroom where there are a couple of chairs and the thermostat. To the right is a door to the bath. Straight ahead is the bedroom through a heavy door that will try to slam despite your best effort. There is no vent for the anteroom so the thermostat has no way of accurately controlling the temperature in the bedroom. In our opinion the door between the anteroom and the bedroom is not needed and is an annoyance. Not sure if the other rooms are like #12. Suspect that this is a case of repurposing a building. We do appreciate their letting us check out late because of a reservation we had for a tour that morning.

Room Tip: Avoid #12 as noted in general review.

We spent 2 nights at the Park City and really enjoyed it. We stayed on the 2nd floor and had an option for a lift or stairs. The room was nicely updated and quite large (we stayed in an Executive Room as it was off season). The staff was attentive to us at checkin and whenever we had questions. The breakfast buffet was in the restaurant in the basement and was ok. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood which is nice. Within about 5 minutes, you can walk to Earl's Court to catch a tube or enjoy all of the activity there. There are also several food options within a few minutes walk.
