As soon as we walked in we were were welcomed by professional and courteous staff.
Our room was excellent all round, although we were awoken in the early hours by the rubbish collectors!

Thank you very much for the excellent reviews, we are delighted that you had such a good stay and that you found the hotel to be great value for money and that you liked the location. We have also spoken to the rubbish collectors to ensure that they do not collect rubbish before the times they are supposed to collect.

I hope that we can welcome you back in the near future.

Very nice hotel with super staff who have been trained well and seem to genuinely enjoy their work. We were upgraded to superior room as part of Superbreak deal but room was not huge. Comfortable enough for London though as we were out most of the day anyway. Great location in West end. Bogus fire alarm at 5 in morning only real sore point.

Room Tip: Some great views of London when high up in the righty direction - ask.

Thank you very much for the great review. I will be sure to pass on your comments about the team to the managers and the whole team who I know will be delighted by your comments. I would like to apologies for the fire alarm as someone had broken the break glass call point and until we are able to verify that it is not a real fire we do need to evacuate the building for everyone's safety.

I hope that we are able to welcome you back in the future.

All I can say about this hotel is that is is trully wonderful in every way. Every member of staff we encountered were some of the friendliest, most proffesional we have ever come across all over the world.
We stayed for our son's 18th and our 25th wedding anniversay and the hotel could not have made it more special, with champagne and chocolate cake, a lovely touch.
The hotel is in a super position, very close to all major tourist sites.
The hotel restaurent was excellent, from the evening menu to breakfast.

The hotel management should be very proud of the achivements of this hotel, especially the staff. many thanks

We stayed at this hotel as a family taking two suites on the top floor. The rooms were beautifully decorated, large, comfortable and well equipped. We had an Afternoon Cream Tea which was copious although not quite a special as we have had at other establishments – especially the Milestone. Breakfast is buffet style and excellent although there was a considerable wait for a table. The staff has laid out coffee and tea for waiting guests so waiting for breakfast is probably normal – even if annoying. We were celebrating a birthday at the hotel and were provided with a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake – an unexpected and wonderful surprise. I have two criticisms: (1) that you have to walk one flight of not very special stairs to the top floor (the lifts do not go all the way up) and (2) that because the suites are above the lifts you can hear the lift mechanism rumbling throughout the night.

Thank you very much for the great review. I am delighted that you liked the rooms as well as our food and beverage offerings. Thank you for the comments about the experience on the 15th floor and we will be working very closely with our lift company to prevent the noise from happening again.

We hope that we can welcome you back in the near future.

My wife and I stayed here last weekend as part of her birthday celebrations.
I requested a room with a view which we received and Champagne and Chocolate Cake were
in our room on arrival , courtesy of the hotel . This was a really thoughtful touch .
Our room was a " superior " and was worth the extra cost. Quality furnishings and decoration.
Breakfast was outstanding and the Pre Theatre Dinner ,although of limited choice , was tasty and very good value for money.
The hotel situation is ideal .Unlimited shopping right on the doorstep , walking distance to Theatreland and loads of restuarants around.
We both felt that the staff here were, without exception , amongst the most efficient , helpful and friendly that we have encountered anywhere ,
We would not consider staying anywhere else when in London.

Room Tip: Our room 0n 8th floor had a view over the rooftops to the London Eye.

We have just stayed at the Cavendish for the first time and would certainly return in the future. The room we had was on the 14th floor and was quiet and comfortable. We had everything we could want, tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits, mini bar, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Everything was very clean and modern. Towels were changed every day and toiletries replaced. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing too much bother. We had drinks in the bar and although found them rather pricey, still enjoyed the ambience enough to stay for an hour or two. The Cavendish was central to places we wanted to visit and we found it in a very pleasant area. Well done Cavendish, can't wait for the next visit.

Room Tip: High floor is quiet and has views over the area

Stayed for one night in February for a business meeting over dinner. Excellent hotel, very comfortable bed with some of the nicest sheets I have ever experienced!

Location can not be faulted, usually for I struggle to sleep in city centre hotels due to the outside noise but this was the case this time.

Staff were very attentive and the hotel and rooms were in very good order. Dinner was tasty with good presentation.
