We booked a deal for a standard (Classic) room directly on the hotel’s website a few months in advance of our stay. The offer didn’t include breakfast, but as the hotel is in a super location, there are many cafés and Restaurants very close by for breakfast choices.

Reception staff were very welcoming and efficient and our room was smartly presented, although quite compact, which we were expecting.

We didn’t eat in the hotel, but had planned to – we had received an email offer for their Petrichor restaurant about 10 days’ prior to our stay with menu choices. We booked the offer but once we got to the hotel that menu wasn’t going to be launched until later that week and the previous menu choices weren’t as inspiring – perhaps next time.

We did enjoy cocktails in the bar one evening – drinks were excellent and reasonably priced for a London hotel.

We would stay again – location is amazing, being so close to lots of major sights and galleries but we would probably opt for the next category of room for a little more room space next time. Rooms could also do with a minibar - unusual these days not to have one.

Room Tip: Classic Rooms are very small - consider upgrading if you are able to.

Got engaged to my now fiancée aboard the plane prior to check-in at this hotel. The hotel went the extra mile to decorate our room with rose petals which was very nice of them. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and you will never get tired of it as well.

Staff were very courteous and professional in their duties from reception, concierge and restaurant. All of them were marvellous.

Hotel was just a stone throw away from all the famous sights like Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Big Ben etc. It's also near the tube station Green Park.

On a side note, I informed the hotel of a pronounced medical condition I have which can be loud at times and they did a great job by giving us a corner room.

Thank You to all the staff at The Cavendish hotel (London).

Best Regards,
Jeremy Tan

My Wife and I stayed for 2 nights at the Cavendish, and from the moment we entered the reception we were made to feel welcome by the staff." Happy Anniversary Mr & Mrs ------" we had a lovely room on the 12 floor with great views of London, Also waiting in our room was complementary Champagne chocolates and a card from the hotel. The room was clean and well stocked with teas, coffees etc, dressing gowns slippers, hair drier etc The power shower is great and the bathroom well appointed, the Bed was very comfortable

The staff in the breakfast dinner room were friendly and once again made you feel welcome. The breakfast on offer was fantastic, we both enjoyed this on both mornings of our stay.
All in all Well done the Cavendish and your staff are a credit. Thank you

We spent three nights at the Cavendish for a short break. The location of the hotel is fantastic for what we had planned. It is incredibly close to the main tourist attractions and Soho for a great night out; we didn't need to use the Tube at all.

We arrived early to the hotel and completed the registration process before leaving our bags and heading out; the reception staff phoned us to inform us that our room was ready for us and this helped us to maximise our time.

We were offered the chance to upgrade our room but opted against this. In hindsight it might have been worth it as the standard room was very small. Despite its size it was very well appointed, well maintained and clean. The bathroom was lovely and featured a very powerful shower which was appreciated the morning after the night before!

The breakfast buffet was superb offering a full range of cold and hot options as well as a 'cook to order' menu. The staff here, as well as everywhere in the hotel, were polite and friendly.

A lovely hotel with great staff that I would happily stay in again.

Room Tip: Go for an upgraded room for the better views and greater floor space.

We spent a wonderful weekend at The Cavendish. The service was top-notch, from check-in to getting a taxi for departure. The staff was friendly. We were celebrating our anniversary and we had congratulatory champagne, chocolates and a card awaiting us in our room. The room though small was cozy enough for just a weekend stay. The bathroom had obviously just been tastefully updated.

The hotel is located within walking distances of the shopping Regent, Oxford and Bond Streets. Piccadilly Circus is less than a 5 minute walk away, close to the west end theatres. We walked to Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace. The very popular Fortnum &Mason is next door.
We were treated royally and had a great weekend.
A special thank you to the staff for the anniversary surprise and a special thanks to Jason, the concierge who was friendly and helpful.

Our second visit in three months this time we booked three rooms, one family, one twin and one double, all where of a superb standard. A little very nice touch was a birthday cake in our mums room as the hotel new it was her birthday, a lovely gesture and thank you. We had our two young grand children with us, Jesse only three months old an yet never felt awkward in any way all of the staff where extremely helpful. We dined in the restaurant and the food was delicious again the staff where over accommodating with our orders and children.
A very big thank you to all of the staff who are all genuinely courtesy, helpful and charming.
You can see why this has become our favourite hotel in the capital and we will certainly be back very soon
