Great family accommodations. Short walk to Earl's Court tube station. Lots of stores, restaurants and pubs in the area. Free wireless is not reliable on the upper floors. Staff very nice, but not real tourist oriented. Great neighborhood for walking. Apartments are a little worn but all in all a decent value. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to save a little money by cooking breakfast and sometimes supper. There is a Subway (also great for families) right by tube station and a Starbucks in the next block.

Like all the reviews here, this is no different. The place is good, the rooms are big, the location is excellent. We asked for a 3 Bed Apt as we were a family of 8. The place is clean and amenities provided are par excellence. The location is very central and near the Earl's Court Underground. There are many Supermarkets, Eateries around this place. Will definitely live here whenever I visit London.

Our party of three adults and two teens stayed here for a week in a three bedroom, two bath apartment.. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Very short walk to Earls Court tube stop. Lots of inexpensive (by London standards) restaurants nearby and several options for grocery shopping. It was perfect for us, and we all agreed we'd stay there again. Free pickup at the airport is a real plus. That said, it's not a five star hotel. But it's nice. Much more preferable than London's midprice and lower priced hotels. I have only two complaints. I don't like firm mattresses and these were all quite firm. And the door knob to our room fell off.

I organised my accomodation direct with the staff over internet. When we got there the staff was waiting for us and nothing was a problem. We were given 3 bedroom apartment
and we only paid for 2 room.
My soon broke the glass that was covering the drawers and they never charged us for it. It was so warm and cosy, huge rooms and so close to tube and the big bus station.
we had lovely breakfasts in the bakery next door and my daughter loved the bagels from the supermarket.
Ray the sales person helping me to bookl this apartment was fantastic.Would stay there again. Value was great..and sooo much furniture ,I could imagine myself living there for good without bringing anything from Australia.

I stayed here with my sister, my neice and husband and 5 children. We ate in for breakfast and out otherwise. The only drawback was the tv was a bit elderly. Would stay there again.

This was our first trip to London, but our traveling companions have been several times before. They always stayed in hotels, but when we started planning this trip, we realized that we could share a flat for the same price that we would be spending on one hotel room. We contacted Roy Diamante through New York Habitat and set it all up. We needed two bedrooms and two bathrooms and we wanted a kitchen so we could eat some meals in. This flat was PERFECT.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well suited for the four of us. We had our privacy but could also enjoy the morning and evening in the living room watching TV or just relaxing. The kitchen was prefect for fixing small meals. We walked up to Tesco's and bought groceries for breakfast and some dinners. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. One of our favorite amenities were the warming racks for the bath towels. How nice.

Our only suggestion to the staff when we left was that they might consider placing alarm clocks in the bedrooms. The only clock in the flat is on the TV. This was no trouble as we used our cell phones for alarm clocks anyway. Also, since we were on the top floor, the wireless internet cut in and out a little bit, but again, this was no big deal. We weren't in London to play on the internet. :-)

I would highly recommend this flat. It is a great value for the money, convenient to the tube, and also very convenient to several pubs and small grocery stores. There's even a Boots (pharmacy) across the street a block. Very friendly neighborhood and seemed to be fairly quiet.

Living in an apartment, living in a flat, living in the city - anyone who has done any of these things realize that with city living comes a series of trade-offs. The Mansions is city living, with all of the associated pros and cons. Great location, well appointed and clean flats, very convenient to all sorts of public transportation, safe and walkable neighborhood. Let me state flat out - when we go back to London, we will be endeavoring to stay here. But unlike nearby "brand" hotels such as the Marriott or Holiday Inn, which are stand alone buildings that seek to isolate their tenants, the Mansions immerses you in a living, breathing neighborhood - that means you can hear the lift sometimes, it means that if someone drops something upstairs, you are going to hear it, it means that if you leave the blinds open at night, half the neighborhood can watch you. For us - these were "no-neverminds" because that is what it is like to live in a flat in any major, urban area.

In any event, the Mansions allows you to literally live in London, shop for your groceries at the local shops, eat and drink at neighborhood pubs, walk over two blocks and see where Beatrix Potter was born and raised, walk another block and go to a church that is older than most American cities. The Earl's Court tube stop station is less than five minutes away. Internet cafes and Wi-Fi hotspots are everywhere. We were in London for two weeks - this was a perfect fit for us - we paid to get to London, we paid "rent" for a flat, and saved a lot of money on eating out for every meal, paying a hotel to do our laundry, etc.

Solid recommendation for those who not only want to visit London, but live in London while they are there.
