Easily accessed from Piccadilly line Earls Court this typical terrace house style hotel is good value in the expensive London inner area. Lugging heavy bags is hard work so this hotel is ideal to get to from Heathrow. The tiny lift is standard for the area, as is creaking staircase & underground like breakfast. Included in the price the continental breakfast is a great start to day, with staff whipping around to serve you.
The rooms are "functional" as a place to sleep being very small. However they have all you need. A little worn in places but that's character.
Lots of food options close by - Marks offering super little compact meals to go if only there was a microwave available.
Would stay again if budget dictated - they just get dearer closer in. With London's high prices this is all you need for bed & breakfast, laundromat just around the corner too.

This was our fifth visit and didn't let us down. Great situation tube buses etc lots of eateries pubs etc . Pleasant staff. Good rooms clean with amenities.
Breakfast okay usual suspects but adequate.
Definitely would stay again and recommend.

Room Tip: We have had a basement room on three visits which proved great as lift seems to break down regularly...

Enjoyed a three night stay bed and breakfast. Hotel is situated very close to the Earls Court tube station and Earls Court Road which is home to many shops, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, chemist, all you need in a short walking distance from the hotel.

The road and surrounding area the hotel is situated is very quiet and felt very safe late at night.

The hotel was ideal for a base when seeing London via tube / bus and they even hold luggage on day of arrival and departure. We checked out at 10am and collected our bags at 8pm as we had a late evening return home and this enabled us to have another day in London without the luggage!

Room Tip: Stayed on the top floor, very warm indeed for the winter months!

As a regular visitor to the Earls Court area of London this is the hotel I look to try and book first. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and breakfast really good. It is only a few minutes from the underground but the street it is on is quiet, and a room at the front overlooks the park. The rooms may not be big but are adequate and typical of London hotels.

Was called down to London for work, stayed at this hotel for location, reviews on cleanliness and safety. Great little hotel, literally round the corner from the tube and felt safe walking to hotel. Fantastic price for room, immaculate room and really have to have a shout out to the room attendants who do an amazing job keeping clean and well stocked. Reception staff also very considerate and I felt very at home in this hotel. For the price Best Western really do provide something special, I like the ambiance and feel of Best Westerns and that they deliver in their price range and suffice to meet the expectations one would expect at such a price. Congratulations to all staff and thank you for making my stay so wonderful.

Room Tip: Just ask and they will help.

stayed for one night ,found the hotel to be clean and staff friendly, the double room we had was very small as was the bathroom , i would have been ok with this as it was only for one night but the bed was really uncomfortable,it was very lumpy didnt sleep well. we had a english breakfast which was only just warm and served on cold plates ,the tables in the breakfast room are very close together so people have to squeese past your table to get in and out .but it is near to tube and the pub on the corner do nice food .
