Spent two nights in London just before Christmas, and choose this hotel because of its proximity to Earls Court Underground station. Very easy to find the hotel and to get there from Heathrow airport, and it turned out to be a good base for visiting central London. The hotel is in part of a terrace of Victorian/Edwardian houses, and there are stairs and corridors, but everything was very clean and well maintained. Our room was large with very comfortable beds, and the WiFi worked very well. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was very good, a cooked breakfast (cooked to order) plus a buffet. Would certainly stay there again.

As always, a very enjoyable stay. Lovely warm room. Piping hot water in the shower. Very comfortable bed and a very convenient area right near the tube I return to for preference. Helpful staff. Probably my third or fourth visit and I have not got round to posting a review before, but all good, as usual.

Easily accessed from Piccadilly line Earls Court this typical terrace house style hotel is good value in the expensive London inner area. Lugging heavy bags is hard work so this hotel is ideal to get to from Heathrow. The tiny lift is standard for the area, as is creaking staircase & underground like breakfast. Included in the price the continental breakfast is a great start to day, with staff whipping around to serve you.
The rooms are "functional" as a place to sleep being very small. However they have all you need. A little worn in places but that's character.
Lots of food options close by - Marks offering super little compact meals to go if only there was a microwave available.
Would stay again if budget dictated - they just get dearer closer in. With London's high prices this is all you need for bed & breakfast, laundromat just around the corner too.

This was our fifth visit and didn't let us down. Great situation tube buses etc lots of eateries pubs etc . Pleasant staff. Good rooms clean with amenities.
Breakfast okay usual suspects but adequate.
Definitely would stay again and recommend.

Room Tip: We have had a basement room on three visits which proved great as lift seems to break down regularly...

Enjoyed a three night stay bed and breakfast. Hotel is situated very close to the Earls Court tube station and Earls Court Road which is home to many shops, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, chemist, all you need in a short walking distance from the hotel.

The road and surrounding area the hotel is situated is very quiet and felt very safe late at night.

The hotel was ideal for a base when seeing London via tube / bus and they even hold luggage on day of arrival and departure. We checked out at 10am and collected our bags at 8pm as we had a late evening return home and this enabled us to have another day in London without the luggage!

Room Tip: Stayed on the top floor, very warm indeed for the winter months!
