stayed here for the first time; value for money is excellent; room is specious and new, stunning design, modern and comfortable. hotel is small and feels great. lobby is nice, lobby bar is very good and service is excellent. Free wifi which is always a plus. location is so-so, depending on what you like to do and see; there is however a tube stations 2 min walk from the hotel that will take you anywhere.

We stayed here last weekend for our 10th anniversary and couldn't have been happier. From the thoughtful touches by the staff to the beautiful rooms, it is a wonderful place to stay in London.

The service was first class and everyone who worked there went out of their way to make sure that we had a great time. Special thanks to Majiec in the bar for some excellent cocktails too!

The rooms are beautifully designed and the choice of toiletries was better than in many hotels I've been in that cost twice the price, not to mention lots of large fluffy towels and an excellent shower.

The free minibar was much appreciated and the hot chocolate waiting for us at night was a lovely surprise.

The tube is just around the corner so the location is great too, and there is plenty to do and see within walking distance.

It will definitely be our first choice in London from now on!

Excellent 5 star class of boutique hotel just metres away from Earls Court Tube Station. We stayed here for my fiancé's birthday and the staff really did make us both feel special, with extra special touches ( they put a box of chocolate truffles and birthday card in our room).

The room was very spacious by London standards, really modern/funky decor with plenty of mod cons and in immaculate condition with everything spotless. The mini bar (inclusive in price) was restocked daily with high quality products (this was completely unexpected and again added to the luxurious feel of the place).

The staff were super friendly and took real care and pride in what they do. Especially enthusiastic was the breakfast team who were attentive and bubbly whatever the request.

Breakfast was outstanding and we have yet to see a better display of buffet breakfast. We tried both hot and buffet breakfast and everything was delicious. Buffet included all the usual, with addition of honeycomb, mini mince pies, individual glasses of berries, fresh pastries etc. It is the quality of the products that makes such a big difference to other hotels.

This hotel is surely worthy of a 5 star rating and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotel Indigo for making our weekend even more enjoyable and special!

Dear Guest,

I am really pleased to learn that the staff made sure that we made your fiancé’s birthday special. I am glad that you found them to be friendly and enthusiastic. I will pass your comments onto the breakfast manager and the staff and the layout.

We do use quality products throughout the hotel; teapig tea in the room, Aveda amenities etc. As we want to use trusted premium brands that our guests will recognise and love. We also offer complimentary mini bars so that guests can enjoy drinks and snacks in the room without worrying about hidden costs, internet is also complimentary so once you are in the room everything is free!

I am really glad that you liked the breakfast buffet display and the items such as honeycomb, mince pies made a difference.

Thank you again for your 5 star rating and we hope to see you in the future!

Kind Regards,

Brooke

This is the second indigo we've stayed at and we really love the decor and service! The room was quite large for London and the bathroom was more than adequate. Lovely finishing touches everywhere you look. The only thing that disappointed us was the brick hard bed and flat pillows. The bed was so uncomfortable, but again this was our opinion.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Just off the main road, so really quiet but yet it was only 100 metres or so to earls court tube. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. Also really handy for museums!

Like so many other reviews I can only echo the very good points:-

Great location
Wonderful front of house staff
Colourful thoughtfully designed rooms
Nice mini bar touch

So why the but?

1.The bar lets them down. We ordered a bottle of wine;after a while they came back and apologised that they didn't have it. We ordered another...after a while they came back and apologised that they didn't have it.

They offer cocktails ...at £15+ a pop....and they are TINY.

We had to go and look for wait staff on the Saturday night we were there.

2. The bathroom was not heated! Two big sash windows in the bathroom but no heating of any sort. No underfloor and no heated towel rail...so - cold and damp bath towels in the morning. I mentioned it to the front of house staff and they apologised but it was still a cold room! 109 is the one to avoid in winter!
