“3 nights of boutique indulgence.”
Reviewed 5 August 2014

This was the second half of our 2-city break week.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly irrespective of the difficult conditions caused by the renovation work and quickly resolved any questions or problems (noisy AC resulting in room change) we had.

Earls Court tube station is on the Piccadilly Line which links directly to London Heathrow and also central London. This ensured very easy transport links for all our sight-seeing, and there are also many good local restaurants to cater for every taste.

Thank you for a very good few days & we wish you a successful re-launch in the Autumn.

Stayed 4 nights in July 2014. Rooms are spacious with modern decoration. Lovely soft feather pillows and big comfortable bed. The free soft drinks and nibbles in the mini bar is a nice touch. Great wifi access. Spacious, spotless bathroom, in my case with a lovely big bath. The air conditioning is a bit noisy but works well. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: If ou like having a bath, ask ahead for one, as most rooms have just a shower.

This is a boutique hotel and overall very good. Room (not unusual for London) on the small side but very clean. It has a great location and is about a 3 minute walk to Earl's Court tube station. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Staff were friendly. The Lift was down and we had to use the stairs but did not mind this at all. I would recommend and would consider staying here again.

We have stayed in Indigos across the globe and this was our first....having stayed before, our expectations were high. Despite recognising our reservation on arrival as a loyalty club member, they did not recognise us as a previous stayer.

Room a little smaller than our last time but still ok....nice bathroom.

Renovation of ground floor area did not interfere with our stay except for a rather long walk to our room. Will be finished by October.

Great breakfast - as always.....world class.

Stayed 2 nites and we checked out at 500am - on checkout....at reception, night manager was not helpful. Requested a cab...the company they use could not come in time so I asked for an alternative.....he said go pick one up from the street....poor......2 members of staff sitting in breakfast room on checkout resting....no offer of help with suitcases.

I got a cab on mainstreet and on my return to load up luggage, night manager was on the street chatting on his mobile and made no effort to assist us or to wish us well.

The taxi driver was more professional!!

In a hotel of this standard I am extremely disappointed....hence the rating.

A great shame.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your recent stay. I am glad that you were recognised as a member at check in time and I’d like to thank you for your loyalty.

I am pleased that you were happy with your room and that you enjoyed breakfast.

I am very concerned about your comments about the night team and apologise that you were not given our usual level of service. It would be really helpful if you could let me know when you stayed so I can investigate this further for you. Please contact me on the email below.

Thank you again for your feedback.

We were delighted with our choice of hotel for a long weekend in London. The hotel is a short walk from Earl's Court tube station on a quiet street. Incredibly comfortable bed and no traffic noise ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom is spacious with a great shower (there is even a sound system in there). Huge fluffy towels, toweling bath robes and slippers were great as was the small fridge with complimentary soft drinks and bottled water (replenished every day). The staff can't do enough to make your stay the best. Although we had breakfast at a nearby small cafe (Gusto on Earls Court Road), we saw that the breakfast buffet looked lovely with plenty of choice.

The hotel is currently undergoing some refurbishment but this did not affect our stay in any way (we had a 4th floor room). The receptionist told us that when the refurb is completed they will open a new restaurant called The Kensington Quarter and as we checked out we were given a voucher for money off a meal when it opens later in the year.

Can't wait to return!

Had 4 nights here. Beds very comfortable. Staff trying hard to make stay enjoyable despite serious building works going on on the ground floor. Didn't hear boo up in my room. Would definitely stay there again. Great value for money. Close to the action without all the noise.

the holiday inn chain can be a bit hit and miss but indigos tend to be good. the hotel itself is well situated near earls court underground station and there are plenty of shops near by. the staff were very welcoming and helpful for our 2 night stay. got upgraded to deluxe room and got the usual priority club perks. the room itself was ok size for london. no bath but walk in shower but space net to sink was small so items fell into toilet, the bed was comfortable and noise was non existent during our stay. only issue was refurbishment work in part of hotel so come monday morning 8am, workers were in and were quite noisy. but not enough to spoil our stay. overall i would stay here again for its location, value for money and helpful staff
