Ideally located in the Kensington/Chelsea area. First class service on the front desk. Rooms are a little on the small size but acceptable. Very clean with a great thunderhead shower.Nice bar which is well attended at happy hopurs. Only criticism is the cost of Wi Fi.Defiitely would stay there again

Room Tip: take a rear room for quietness.

We stayed at this hotel when my daughter completed the London Shine half marathon. We had a triple room which was very comfortable and included heating and air conditioning. It was very spacious with some nice amenities in the bathroom. The location is very good being close to Gloucester Road tube station. The breakfast buffet which was included in the room price was very good. Lots of cooked options plus juice, cereals, breads etc. I would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights we couldn't fault it . Staff were excellent, location was the best for everything even a laundry over the road which are sometimes hard to find while travelling. Close to the underground & there is a supermarket very close which you can buy just about anything. We were pleased as it had a fridge & tea & coffee so it ticked all the boxes.

Room Tip: We had a room in the basement & it was great very quiet & a really nice room.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times over the last couple of years, and have been pretty impressed both times. Reception staff are helpful and the rooms are well-kept and very adequately sized. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and found the breakfast staff were helpful.

There are a couple of small gripes. My room on the top floor got very hot during the day and took a long time to cool down even with the air conditioner (a very minor issue). The bigger problem was that internet is NOT free in the rooms. Not only that, it is very expensive at 12 pounds a day. Moreover, the internet was agonisingly slow for me, and basically could only load text and no images. If you need the internet for business, the hotel is probably not for you until they make the internet free and/or change their internet provider.

Overall though, I was very pleased.

Room Tip: No preference

Booked the hotel for a 2 day break to the capital with the missus. Got there for 1, room not ready but we were allowed to drop the luggage off so we could head off out. The room itself was admittedly, very small. It was the standard double and you literally had to be on your game not to knock yourself out on the TV fixed to the wall when going to the toilet! There was a complimentary tea/coffee set up, but no biscuits! They were the bad points.

The nearest tube is Gloucester Road ( 3 mins walk at Yorkshire pace). It has access to the Piccadilly, District and Circle lines (pretty much all you need).

On the plus side it was immaculately clean and finished to a good standard. The bathroom inside the room was actually very big in comparison and the shower was excellent ( it was one of those rain forest shower heads). The breakfast was a buffet, which considering I am a Yorkshireman (owt for nowt) was a bad idea as I made them pay dearly every morning. To be fair, it was a good spread with all the usual gubbins ( sausage, bacon, beans etc). The bar was quite nice, though it did lack a selection of ales and I was forced to drink something the local southern fairies call 'lager' (some sort of fizzy, tasteless rubbish!?!?).

Despite this I cant complain. We paid £270 for 2 nights b and b in central London. Would stay again and recommend.
