It's alright. Brilliant location near Earl's Court tube station. The lady on reception was nice and flirty, the room was pretty small but clean and I felt safe. Shower was flawed as the short curtain let water out of the bottom and over onto the floor, which made no sense. This must piss off the maids. TV was a bit poor, needing two remotes to just get it working. Breakfast was okay selection wise but the room was really awkward and uncomfortable. Bed was designed for Hobbits.

Room Tip: Try a higher floor if you don't want people in reception to hear you banging.

Recently stayed in this hotel while seeing Beyoncé. We had a good nights sleep despite the tiny bed - I am only 5"9 and struggled to keep my toes under the covers. Definitely not a bed fit for a normal sized human.

There was a decent shower, but the curtain wasn't long enough to fit in the bottom. You can see that it's a reoccurring problem as they've installed another drain in the centre of the room. Would be WAY easier to just get a longer curtain... amateurs.

My dumb boyfriend was adamant that we NEEDED to go to the free breakfast, so we arose from our slumber earlier then my body was ready for. The selection was almost average but the atmosphere was terribly awkward. You could see into the kitchen and the staff watched you eat. Needless to say we escaped as soon as we could.

Overall, this hotel was a steal for the amount we paid. Location was perfect and really close to the Underground. Would stay again.

Room Tip: Don't be on the ground floor.

Perfect if you are attending an event in the arena which is less than 5m away and you don't want the hassle of tubes and trains. Nice clean hotel. Didn't have the opportunity to stay for breakfast but my friends said it was grand.

Very nice hotel, small but very cozy with a wonderful friendly staff who was incredibly helpful and accommodating a huge plus to Kamran (your the man) who was incredibly helpful, nice room with a small garden courtyard that is certainly great when tempraturen is a little higher there, nice bathroom, great cleaning rooms and other areas, the breakfast was continental but adequate nonetheless, nice little breakfast, free wifi,
computer room freely on borrow the print, incredibly close tbanan, many nice pubs o restaurants, shops just fifty meters from the hotel.
We will certainly return if we come to London again. + + + + + + + + +

I stayed here for one night while in transit and it was a decent place to stay. Very close to Earls Court train station which is handy. Staff were friendly. Room came with continental breakfast. Only issue I have with this room was the shower basin wasn't very big and the shower curtain hung over the edge of the basin so all the water ended up on the floor.

We stayed recently for one night with two very small children. The hotel location was ideal, it was easy to find and gave easy access to London. The local area offered a good selection of family friendly restaurants.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly and made a fuss of the children. The room was a very spacious family room right at the top of the hotel on the fourth floor with a small shower room which was modern and clean and ideal for our short stay. It was a long walk up the stairs but the hotel does have a lift although we only used it once.

The whole hotel was clean and comfortable. The included continental breakfast was very good and offered far more choice than we were expecting.

Overall a very positive experience and ideal for a young family.

I stayed in a family room for five nights with my daughter, son in law and 25 months grandchild. Outstanding, dazzling and faultless hotel staying. Clean and spacious room for the four of us with all our needs more than covered, 24 hour heat and fridge in the room, nice and polite staff, very near Earls Court tube station and 5 minutes from downtown. Picadilly Line from and to Heathrow direct. Perfect is not enough to name our stay at that hotel. I hardly recommend it ...

Room Tip: Next to the breakfast room and not a single noise!
