“Perfect Location”
Reviewed 13 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

This flat is ideally situated to transportation (bus, train, underground) which made it the perfect place to stay. The flat was quiet and comfortable. WiFi was available. We like to travel light so we made good use of the washer. There is no dryer but there is a very large drying rack which worked out fine. Our host (Maria) has a box of brochures of things to do in London which was great for planning you day. There is a small Tesco market within a block of the flat and a large Sainsbury market about a 10 minute walk. This market had a money exchange bank with very favorable rates. There is also a large Tesco market and pharmacy near Earl’s Court and the C3 bus which you catch directly outside the flat drops you at Tesco’s door step. You cannot currently pay for this flat through TripAdvisor but Maria was very accommodating with the financial arrangements. I would recommend this this flat for both its comfort and location.

“Great location, great location, great location!!”
Reviewed 8 November 2015 for a stay in October 2015

Arrived at Maria's condo on a Monday, after a taxi ride from our hotel next to Heathrow. The cost was reasonable considering our party of four adults w/lots of luggage. The taxi company was suggested by Maria during one of several emails. Good job, Maria! The condo was perfect for us. It has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything we could have wanted in a kitchen. The apartment is light and airy. Using public transportation was soo... easy. The bus stops right outside the front door and the train station is about a four minute walk from the condo. Be sure to buy an oyster card, it is a big money saver. The Imperial Wharf area is an upscale area and we were never concerned about safety. The condo was within easy walking distance to grocery stores, and good restaurants. The entry to our building was secure, entry by electronic key only. Maria was only a phone call away, she was quick to respond to our questions and requests. Example: Top sheets for us Americans. None of us knew top sheets were not customary. Also, sadly I must mention that the Laura Ashley factory across the street is not open to the public. However, there is a Tesco express market just down the street and a large Sainsbury food market one bus stop away in the other direction. If walking, it is about 15 minutes away and a lovely walk it is strolling along the lovely quay alongside the Thames river.

Location was great. A small TESCO and a few places to eat and drink are right next door. We would go there again.

We stayed here for 9 nights. It was a wonderful holiday, the apartment is well situated beside rail, quick and easy access centre of London. The apartment has all modern amenities Wi Fi tv washing machine a fan for very hot days .Set in a lovely surrounding a boardwalk along the Thames to stroll along or lovely gardens and park to sit and enjoy the sun in. Plenty of gastro pubs locally would highly recommend Sands End a 5 min walk away. Our hosts Ron and Maria were excellent quickly responded to our emails re. any quieries. Ron met us at apartment, he is a very friendly and genuine person and answers all questions re workings of apartment, gave directions to local amenties and best type of transport to use a Oyster card a must for Rail and Tube travel. Our next visit to London this apartment will be 1st. on list for booking.

“The best place to stay in London!”

We were last in London in May 2012 and we planned our trip to Europe for May 2015 making sure that Maria's apartment was available for our starting point. The apartment was excellent for our 1 week short stay. It is spacious, very quiet, has comfortable beds and good kitchen if you want to do your own cooking (supermarket 100m away). Location is excellent for access to buses (stop outside door), metro/overland train (Imperial Wharf station is 200m away) and to both Gatwick and Heathrow airports. Above all you are surrounded by great eating places in Fulham, Chelsea and Putney. We has a great stay and look forward to staying again when we next visit Europe.

“So good I stayed a second time”

This was the second time I stayed at Maria's excellent flat. The flat is well located for public transport with train station only 2 minutes away. For being part of such a large development, the flat is remarkably quiet. Maria is an excellent host and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a comfortable convenient place to stay in London.

Very close to transport lines and Tesco. All we needed for a few busy days in London.
Washing machine and dishwasher were appreciated.
