Stayed here as family of four with kids aged 6 and 8 for cup final at Wembley. Staff were absolutely excellent, always spoke to ourselves and the children too, the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever came across.
The hotel was fairly easy to find and there was a tube thirty second walk away on the central line which took us to the city centre in twenty minutes or so. To get to Wembley the taxi was late (so order early!) and it took ages as we got stuck in match traffic (even crossing the road on foot and walking for five minutes probably would have taken ten minutes off the journey!).
The food was excellent and the room was spotless. Only downside was when I tried the little one's camp bed it felt awful, but he didn't complain about it. Parking was available on site, car park was very busy and I couldn't see anywhere else to park if it was full.
I couldn't fault the value, I think with three nights, with breakfast and parking, it came to £342 in total which was brilliant value for a cup final weekend. I would definitely stay here again. Well done to the staff you made a great impression.

Stayed for two nights as a family of four. Very friendly and efficient welcome on arrival, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We asked for a larger family room in a quiet position and we got exactly that. The manager asked where we were planning on visiting and immediately gave us advice on which tube station to go from as there are two within walking distance, Hanger Lane and Park Royal. The food in the restaurant was very nice and again all the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay again when we visit London.

Room Tip: Ask for one on a higher floor away from the road, they also have larger family rooms 338 was huge.

Stayed here for a theatre/sightseeing weekend in London.

Pros -

Service: very helpful and attentive.

Location: tube station is on central line so v.good access to main tourist points. Also easy to get to hotel from main motorway without going into congestion zone.

Room: for London it was a decent sized room, very clean and good amenities. The room had great soundproofing and we didn't hear much at all when we were in there.

Cons-

Can't think of any cons, we didn't try the restaurant for any meals so can't comment on them but it seemed busy when we were passing it.

Overall definitely worth a stay for a short break in london. We will return!

stayed for three nights. The family room was spotless and very quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and a good buffet choice. The staff were brilliant. We needed an emergency dental appointment for our eight year old son and they went out of their way to help us. Would like to give a special mention to Lola. We will certainly visit again.
