Not the best Premier Inn that I have stayed in by far with small rooms and a small TV.
Booked in on business with a fellow work colleague, this Premier Inn has a Thyme Restaurant on the premises but both of us suffered upset stomachs which I suspect was from the food from the restaurant where the service was poor and slow. Only positive points, free car parking and close to Hangar Lane tube station, but this Premier Inn would not be my first choice of accommodation.

Had a really enjoyable stay, the staff were really friendly, helpful, asked how our stay was going over the weekend and service with a smile especially the guy on reception. The location was brillant we got off the tube and it was within easy walking you couldn't miss the hotel. The room was so comfy and clean couldn't fault it. The breakfast was so good and all you can eat, there was plenty of everything! would def go back..

Outstanding!! Staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hotel was very quiet at night (we had a room located away from the road) and the security good. Access to the rooms was by key card. Good size car park and breakfast - too good!! Will definitely stay again and recommend highly.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel on a short London break, the welcome received from the staff was really friendly. As with other reviews, the staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble and they all had smiles on their faces. The food in the restaurant is very good, and we managed to park outside for free!
The tube is a stone's throw from front door of the hotel and it only takes about 20 minutes to central London.

Just a tip, if you are going to the theatre.....Don't go to see `Ghost Stories' unless you are under 10 years old, it is truly awful and a total waste of £80!!!!

Stayed here as family of four with kids aged 6 and 8 for cup final at Wembley. Staff were absolutely excellent, always spoke to ourselves and the children too, the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever came across.
The hotel was fairly easy to find and there was a tube thirty second walk away on the central line which took us to the city centre in twenty minutes or so. To get to Wembley the taxi was late (so order early!) and it took ages as we got stuck in match traffic (even crossing the road on foot and walking for five minutes probably would have taken ten minutes off the journey!).
The food was excellent and the room was spotless. Only downside was when I tried the little one's camp bed it felt awful, but he didn't complain about it. Parking was available on site, car park was very busy and I couldn't see anywhere else to park if it was full.
I couldn't fault the value, I think with three nights, with breakfast and parking, it came to £342 in total which was brilliant value for a cup final weekend. I would definitely stay here again. Well done to the staff you made a great impression.
