They promise you sleep, and to be honest I dont have anything to complain about noise seems pretty quiet. The staff are sad, never make you feel welcome. I've stayed here a couple of times but wouldnt do it again. The breakfast costs a bomb and the rooms are too cramped.

If you are looking for a reasonable place to stay not too far from the centre of London, this ticks the box.The staff are always helpful in this hotel, and the location is excellent, the nearest tube is Ravenscourt Park, and Hammersmith is not too far away for the Piccadilly Line. I have stayed here as a family and on business, you know exactly what you are getting. If you want all the free shampoo and bubble bath, this is not the hotel for you, but if you want a clean comfortable, room, which will not break the bank this is an ideal. I know the area, so I would venture out to eat, around the corner in St Peter's Square, there a gastro pub, The Carpenters Arms, and a great Indian the Haweli and for breakfast Simone & Lola.

Room Tip: As it is a busy area, a room high up might be advisable, the family room we stayed in was a good size.

Good location, close to the tube and a short walk to the Apollo with a decent selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Typically excellent Premier Inn service with all staff going out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Got back to the hotel at 11.10 on Saturday night and the barman happily provided us with drinks despite being in the process of closing up. Breakfast was very good and well worth the money with kids eating free.
One gripe, if you book a family room you would really expect at least a double and a single bed rather than a double with a mattress on the floor at the side of it. Still, the room was a decent size and we all had a good nights sleep which is the important thing.

Room Tip: Our room was on the first floor and looked on to a side street and the main road but there was no problem with noise.

We had a great couple of nights at Premier Inn London Hammersmith. We had a nice room at the rear of the building, so it was nice and quiet. The view was a bit boring, though.
We arrive late in the evening so ate in the hotel restaurant. My wife had a really good vegetable red thai curry and I had a very satisfying burger. We had our three year old daughter with us and the staff kept her hugely entertained with crayons, balloons and jokes.

The room had plenty of hot water, towels tea and coffee.

As always with Premier Inn, the buffet breakfast was superb.

Overall, a great experience.

Stopped here for one night while on business, staff were very nice and i had a good nights sleep. Ate in the hotel for both evening meal and breakfast and both were great. Only downside not much parking.
