I ended up finding this aparthotel because I was looking to fit 3 adults in one room and most standard London hotels only fit 2 adults max. Our room was clean and spacious, though the room with the shower and sink was extremely tiny. If the toilet was in the same room, it probably would've seemed a bit bigger, but it was convenient having the toilet separated since we had multiple people sharing the bathroom, so we were okay with the small bathroom. I found the pull out coach mattress to be surprisingly comfortable! It was also well designed. The coach pulls out into two twin sized beds, so if you only need to sleep one person there, you can leave one side as a coach seat and the other as a mattress.

It took us a little while to figure out that you have to leave your key card in a slot by the door to use the lights (which is a great eco friendly feature!).

The service was good and all the workers we encountered were helpful and friendly. There's also free coffee in the lobby, which the coffee drinking members of my family said was very good.

The location was central and right near the Embankment tube stop (and a short walk to the Leicester Square stop). It took us about an hour to get here from Heathrow by Tube (with one transfer). The Strand is also right near the hotel, which features a lot of places to grab a quick bite to eat. We even walked to Buckingham Palace and Harrods (Harrods was admittedly a long walk, but doable).

I would definitely stay here again while in London. The only downside is that the free wifi in the room is very slow. It was almost a throwback to dial up internet days!

I am glad you liked your room and that it was comfortable for the three of you, and yes I also find the sofa bed comfortable! Yes we are very conscious about being 'Green,' with the light activating key cards one of our features. Stayed here for 3 nights and have nothing bad to say about this place. In a great location, close to pretty much all the major sites. The room was clean and tidy and the small kitchen was a plus. Close to the tube station too. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights in august 2014, 2 adults and our daughters 14 and 18 years old. We were upgraded from the smaller apartment we had booked since there was no other one available when we arrived, no extra charge. The receptionists were all very professional and kind. They solved all our needs in a satisfying way.
The apartment was also very nice. Quiet (also between the separated rooms), clean, well planned and the kitchen part worked well for our needs. The only negative thing I can come up with is the pillow which was not in my taste, but thats only a matter of taste so I guess someone else enjoyed it:-)
The location couldn't have been better! The coffee and chocolate in the lobby was appreciated by the whole family. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Helpful front desk. Decent rooms. Convenient short two blocks to subway. Several pub/restaurants nearby. We stayed 3 days. Breakfast buffet in lobby looked very good but we had breakfast plans out of hotel. We had 4 rooms with 8 couples and all liked hotel.

Great hotel! Modern, nice accommodations. It was great to have a kitchenette but really only used the mini fridge. Nice big bathroom. Location was perfect on a nice tree-lined street. Close to the major attractions. Able to walk to most attractions and close to Charing Cross, Embankment and Leicester Square tube stations. Friendly staff and free coffee/tea in the lobby. Lifts were small but never had a problem with availability. Will definitely stay here again when visiting London.

Room Tip: Our room looked out into a light well so no view but very quiet!

We stayed in London for 4 days to attend trooping of the colour. So we wanted a hotel that was fairly close to Horse guards parade and this hotel was just a short walk.

However we didn't factor in what a great location it was for everything else. Very close to Trafalgar Square, short walk down tot he river and across the bridge to the London Eye. short walk to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, Convent Garden, Charing Cross Station......all in all brilliant location for a tourist stay.

We have a lovely renovated room to the front of the Hotel but very quiet. We ate out for breakfast and evening meal. Reception staff very friendly and helpful

Defiantley stay there again.....ideal location.

The position of the hotel was excellent and there was a Tesco Express near by for basic food.
The hotel was near several eating places.

I felt that our room was basic, it lacked a sweeping brush for the crumbs and I found that the bath too high to get into for both myself and my younger grandchildren.

Room Tip: I requested a quiet room after reading reviews and our room was quiet
