We obviously like this hotel otherwise it would not be our 4th visit in less than 2 years!
Nevertheless the service can be very different from one employee to the other. From the best to the opposite.

Thanks to Virginie lately and Stefan in the past our stays always turned out to be excellent. They represent the kind of helpfull employees looking for solutions and make you feel like an hotel guest. They bring a great value to the hote. If possible, we shall choose Le Meridien Piccadily again. We also recommend this hotel to new potential guests.

The breakfast lounge at the first floor should be a little bit more furnished. Not much but a little more.

We've opted again for Le Meridien Piccadilly for our annual "girl's weekend' in november (why change a winning team? ;-) ) and again we were not let down! On the contrary, there where we thought it couldn't get better, they proved us wrong! We had asked for the same room as during our stay in August and although it is always subject to availability, they managed to meet our request. What always strikes me the most it that they make you feel at home, the minute you walk through the doors! From the room maids to the waiters in the restaurant to the staff at the reception, they are all very friendly and helpful! You're not just another client but a real valuated guest! So, needless to say that we're already looking forward to our next stay(s) at Le Meridien Piccadilly!

As centrally located in London as you can find. 30 seconds from Piccadilly circus this is a great hotel for sight seeing. The lobby, bars, restaurants and general areas look 5 star but we were disappointed with the standard of the room. We did book with Last Minute so may have been given a room accordingly but it was very small. The bathroom was definately not 5 star and the room was very dark. This is a large hotel and there are various sets of steps to go up and down when you get out of the the lift. Room service plates etc were left out in corridoors all day so looked messy in places. The staff are extremely helpful and I have since had excellent reponse from the manager to my issues.

Room Tip: Rooms can have steps up and down once you get out of the lift so make sure if you need accessibility...

I've stayed at the Le Meridien Piccadilly several times and am never disappointed. It's not a super luxury establishmebt but It's centrally situated and ideal for a shopping expedition. Some of the rooms need sprucing up but the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is fine, and the staff are attentive.

I had an overnight stay here, met up with a friend of mine from overseas. The bar area was very nice, had a nice atmosphere to it. The room was lovely but the noise from passing vehicles kept me up all night long. The staff was very attentive which is a plus. Overall a nice time, next stop I will request a different room though.

We had a lovely overnight stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary! It was a cheap deal but you wouldn't have guessed it. The staff could not have been more charming and the room was great - 'suitably luxurious'! And you can't fault the location! The bar was a bit quirky but ver reasonably priced for a hotel bar. Unfortunately the breakfast on Sunday really let down the whole experience. Sunday. Breakfast should be relaxing but the spread was not replenished quickly enough, we went and found the coffee pot (what were all those staff doing?) and the toaster broke - so they turned it off. Boo hiss, what is British breakfast without toast? The pineapple was raw and manky rather than fresh. I don't like cooked breakfast and am not particularly demanding on this front but felt let down. Get your standards up guys - if you are paying £250 plus per night including the buffet breakfast it really should be a LOT better than this. Nice smiles from casual staff are simply not enough!

We had a lovely and large room that faced out on to a busy street, busy room was very quiet.
For a hotel, they have a very large and well equipped gym and lovely swimming pool.
The afternoon tea is served in a lovely room and was quite enjoyable.
