This hotel is best place to stay in London. It is close to the happenings of city and still in a very quite area. The rooms are in great condition and corner rooms comes with a huge balcony which is great in nice weather. Executive lounge is also nice as offer both indoor and outdoor seating,

Room Tip: Go to executive corner rooms they come with a huge terrace

Booked for a romantic weekend to celebrate an anniversary .. Room was lovely and spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff .. Service was excellent .. Food was of a very high standard and the general ambience of the hotel was perfect for the occasion.

Very nice hotel near London zoo and regents park, decor a bit dated but is well located. Staff very attentive and friendly. Good base to explore london if you don't mind a short tube journey from Swiss cottage tube station.

We had such a lovely time at the marriott, me and my daughter stayed for her birthday. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist called Karina, she was so kind & helpful and made our stay very special. When we arrived back at the hotel after going out, she had arranged for balloons & cake to be left in our room. This was the perfect finishing touch to our stay, and all the staff signed a birthday card for her ! It was so lovely !!! I will definitely be coming back. The pool was so clean & warm, the service was amazing & staff so caring. Lovely memory for daughters birthday thank you so much !

I was surprised to meet the helpful and polite stuff of the hotel since the very first time. They made me feel warm and comfortable. The services are of high standard. The breakfast is served in the most proper way. The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood, just two minutes walk from the nearest underground station. I would certainly come back again myself and I would suggest it to my friends and colleagues for both work and vacations.

My two daughters and I stayed at the hotel March 28-30, 2014. The service was excellent. Literally every member of the staff with whom we came in contact was pleasant and helpful. Though they could use some updating, the rooms were spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very nice. The complimentary breakfast, including made-to-order omelets, was plentiful. The concierge and front desk staff (special shout out to front desk clerk James Morgan) were particularly helpful. A quick walk from the Swiss Cottage tube stop and even closer to the bus line, the hotel was easily accessible. The neighborhood is not my favorite in London, but it is safe and an easy walk to Camden and Primrose. A very good and affordable stay made particularly pleasant by the cheerful and attentive staff.
