“Good hotel for business trips”
Reviewed 14 August 2014

Stayed here in March 2014 while attending business meetings in London. The hotel was clean, the staff was very professional and aimed to please. Breakfast buffet was very good and the location is ideal if you are looking for a quiet place to stay. There is a little walk to the next underground stations, approximately 5 minutes. Will stay here again.

I recently stayed at the hotel from 3 - 7th August 2014 with my husband and 2 children aged 18 and 10. We had a superior family room with 2 large beds room 512. It was perfect, plenty of room for all of us. The beds were very comfortable, a balcony with a fab view, it was really quiet as well. We have stayed in London many times but this hotel was by far the best. The breakfast had lots to choose from( one little point I would like to mention is that the staff did not offer more coffee/tea after the first cup we had to ask). We had a few meals in the restaurant, the fish and chips was really tasty. The staff were really accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. After a hot day in London it was great to come back to the hotel to see complimentary cold drinks on offer in the lobby, a great touch. The hotel is only 5 mins a way from the tube but taxis are readily available outside. I highly recommend this hotel, we all really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. xx

Located in a quit part of London, I was pleased with my stay overall. There was nothing major to gush over, however.

It's a little bit of a walk to the tube station, & can feel slightly overwhelming if you're not comfortable with London streets/navigating. Once you find it, you'll find your a minutes away from major hotspots.

I would recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay in a quieter part of London, but don't want to be more than a 5 minute tube ride away from typical London action.

This is our 2nd trip to London. The front desk staffs are very friendly and accommodating. On our arrival date, they allowed us to check in really early (around 9:30 AM) and agreed to swap one of the later day's breakfast for the arrival day (since we have a early morning day trip on that day and will not be able to eat breakfast at hotel). The location is very convenient, and easy access to all central sites. But get to Euston station area, it is better off to get a taxi instead. The cost of the taxi fare is about the same as tube tickets for 3 people. We rented a car for a day to drive to Oxford and Cotswold, saw lots of quaint and picturesque towns. I will stay in this hotel again if I go back to London.

The hotel serves good drinks, afternoon tea and a menu that includes Indian dishes. The breakfast buffets are lavish and a good value if you have loyalty points. The food an prices are better thab ezoected for a hotel.
