Location and cleanliness was amazing. Few min walk to oxford street and rooms were impeccably clean.
Size of rooms were small, typical of London, and they even have me a wheelchair accessible room. It was a bit wider then usual but not much. For someone who does not require a wheelchair, a heads up that my bathroom sink etc was going to be extremely low would of been nice.
Biggest issue I had was the Wifi. What hotel chArges 400+ £ per night and has the equivalent to dial-up connection. For the entire time I was there, it was in/out of connection and when it was working.... It was EXTREMELYYYYYY slow. I got no work done as it literally took me 5 minutes to load every single webpage. I complained twice, yet everyone seemed to think that was normal and nothing was done. I have stayed at cheaper hotels and more expensive hotels and I have never experienced wifi this bad.
Concierges were very quick and efficient.
If you're looking for amazing central location, this has it. If you're looking for other things in a hotel... You can def find it elsewhere and for cheaper.
