Cute and adorable experience

4.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 18 Sept 2017via mobile
My husband and I went here to have a weekend of relaxation and quality time. It's a small hotel, quite cute and cosy, in a good location. Our room was neat and newly refurbished, looked very cosy and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and attentive to our needs.

The Blandfort has a great location, just beside Baker Street tube, only 10 mins walk from Oxford St but on a reasonably quiet residential street. It's just around the corner from Marylebone High Street which has lovely shops and some nice pubs.
Our room was small but had plenty of storage space. It appeared to have been refurbished recently and the bed was comfortable. Downsides were a rattly air conditioning unit and a feeble shower.
We enjoyed the well stocked free breakfast buffet.

Thank you for choosing The Blandford for your stay in London. Following our recent renovation, we have equipped the rooms with under-bed storage, which can be used for your next stay with us. I am glad you took advantage of the local area with its many eating and shopping areas. Due to the proximity to the station, we are also a short train away from some of Londons most visited attractions, with some even a short walk away such as Madame Tussauds, Regents Park, Oxford Street plus a whole lot more. I am happy to note that breakfast was to your liking and will pass this on to the hotel.

Once again thank you for staying at The Blandford.

Kind regards

My husband needed to be in London for business, so inntagged along. Since the company was paying,, we had to watch the $$....which always makes me nervous! The Blandford delivered 150%! First of all, the location is amazing....just off the Baker St tube line (that pretty much connects to everywhere). The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, getting us anything we needed...including the taxi back to the airport. The rooms are on the small side, but that London, for you. But clean, well appointed and fresh! Breakfast is included, which is an added bonus! And yummy! Yes...AC! Also the neighborhood is great. Lots of places to eat, drink and have coffee. Just about a 10 min walk to Oxford St for some amazing shopping. Thank you, The Blanford, we will be back!

We were made so welcome on arrival and throughout our stay, the staff are super friendly and caring for your needs. Bedrooms are small but well appointed, very clean and functional. The location is amazing, 2 minutes walk from Baker Street tube and close to great little restaurants. We immediately booked our next stay, I highly recommend this wonderful cosy hotel.

A friend chose the hotel for a gig we were going to at Wembley, and he made a great choice.
The location allowed us to spend time in central London eating and drinking during the day, and then gave us somewhere easy to travel back to after we had finished at Wembley.
The hotel was clean, tidy, modern, and very comfortable. The staff I spoke with were all friendly and helpful, can't really fault the place at all, and would certainly stay here again if I needed a base in London.

This is a nice, clean, small hotel. There was a heat wave when I was there, so I was very happy to find that the hotel had air conditioning with a control in the room. The room I stayed in was comfortable and adequate. The size of the room wasn’t too important to me, because my main objective was to visit museums and other sights in the city, not to spend time in the room. It should be noted that the room I stayed in would have felt very small had I been traveling with another person besides myself.
The breakfast that was included with the room was adequate and had the typical things usually found: yogurt, breads, cereal, hard boiled eggs, some fresh fruit and some canned fruit. Nothing fancy, but enough to postpone hunger until lunchtime. The attendants in the dining room served coffee or tea and prepared toast (if desired). A more substantial breakfast, which I did not sample, was available for an additional fee. The entire staff was professional and courteous.
The Baker Street Underground station is a few minutes from the hotel, which was very convenient for getting around to the various locations on my itinerary. There are plenty of dining options within a couple of blocks of the hotel. This location worked perfectly for my purposes on this particular trip.
