We booked this hotel for a hen party of 20. It was booked pretty early so got an excellant price given the location. It is very close to covent garden and oxford street with underground nearby if needed.
The rooms were very clean, it looked like it had recently been refurbished. The bar/waiting area at the front desk was very handy for us all to meet and the breakfast was good value.
Only slight niggle is that we were told at check in that if we wanted rooms next to each other we should have called the day before. I assumed that because all the rooms were under the one booking ref, under the one name that that would have been enough to get us next to each other but apparently not. We had 10 rooms that were then all spread out on multiple floors. We were then told all the rules about noise late at night and coming in late etc which gave the impression that because we were a hen party we were delibrately separated.
Overall, a good stay. Would recommendMore
