We were welcomed to the Millennium Hotel by 2 very friendly and helpful gentlemen, named Sam and Raed. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they gave us all the information we needed and more. It is nice to get such a warm welcome, as it gives the start to your break an added boost. Room was very comfortable, and the Chinese restaurant served good quality food.
With good service like this , I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

A very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The downstairs bar, just opposite reception was very handy for drinks, snacks or something more substantial. Pleasingly they were prepared to amend the menu to cater for our whims and did so graciously. Given some of the staff were from the Phillipines and the hurricane had just hit, I think their friendliness and efficiency were especially commendable. Prices were reasonable for the West End and the food was good. The general feel of the hotel was friendly, our room was big enough and had all the usual facilities. The buffet breakfast was served in the restaurant, which was not all that big and would surely struggle if the hotel was full, but this was not a problem for us. The breakfast itself was perfectly adequate with plenty of choices - continental, cooked etc. One drawback was that the meal was not cooked to order so was not as fresh as it could have been. Nevertheless our stay was an enjoyable experience and, so long as I can get the same price deal again, I would be very happy to return to this hotel.

I am delighted that you enjoyed our Tangerine Bar and we endeavour where possible to accommodate our guest's requests. Certainly the team in the bar, despite the devastaing circumstances in their country have been professional at all times and are certainly an assett to my hotel. I am disappointed to hear that your breakfast was not cooked to order, as we do have an al a carte breakfast menu available in the restaurant.

Having experienced an enjoyable stay, we do hope tthat we will have the opportunity to welcome you back again.

My husband and I have stayed at numerous London hotels over the years and at the Millennium at least five or six times. The location is most convenient for us, but we will probably not stay here on our next visit. The rooms are small by American standards, but average for London. It is the staff, their indifferent attitude and generally unhelpful manner that will cause us to look elsewhere.

Stayed at the Milennium Knightsbridge in November and found the room was small and not as clean as I would have liked - dirty stained toilet and coffee stains on bathroom door. Room however was well equipped, breakfast is very good and the Milennium Knightsbridge is perfectly situated for designer shopping and a trip to Harrods.

Your feedback following your recent stay is much appreciated and has been forwarded to both Housekeeping and our Maintenance Department, from this our cleaning schedules have been reviewed and with toilet seats a priority to be replaced where necessary.

We stayed just one night and got a fairly good deal. Couldn't afford this price all the time!
The room was well fitted out and a very comfortable bed and pillows, only negative was the bed was quite small even though it was a double? Good view from the room, we could see London Eye, Big Ben and The Shard
I have to say that all the staff were very personable, friendly and helpfull. We didnt eat in the restaurant as we were meeting family elsewhere, but used the bar in the foyer, again very nice.
Right by Knightsbridge tube station so you can get anywhere.
We would definately stay again.

This is the place I stay when in London. I love this hotel and find it the perfect spot and clean and comfortable and easy to manage. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London for business or vacation.

This is my second time I stay at the hotel. I am writing to let you know how impressed and gracious I am with all the hotel staff in particular, mr read and Evelina.
