The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size by European standards. The staff is friendly and helpful, the tube is near by, and the neighborhood felt safe to walk around in even at night. The only problem we had was a forgotten wake up call which caused us to miss our early bus to Bath. We were able to book a later bus which cost us extra and shortened our visit there.

I hadn't stayed in the neighborhood before and it was great. The hotel was just off the main road and as others have commented, there are a good number of shops around for a morning coffee and newspaper and of course the tube.
I had a place to hang my clothes but no chest of drawers for the folded stuff but somehow got the room right over the entrance which gave me an extra room and three beds alltogether!
I was a little worried about the door lock (not terribly secure) but the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet-perfect for the end of a work trip and a day to sleep in and see London and get to Paddington the next morning.

When we arrived at the hotel we received a nice warm welcome, all reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Our room wasn't very spacious and did not have much space to hang up our clothes so we simply just left our stuff in our case which we didnt mind. Room was however very clean and en suite was clean too! We had our bedding changed, bins emptied and clean towels everyday of our stay which we were very pleased with.
The location was brilliant for us as it was just a few minute walk away from the tube station, pubs, shops and food places.
We enjoyed our stay at The Oliver Plaza hotel and would deffinatley recommend it to others.

we enjoyed our 4-day-trip to london in the oliver plaza hotel very much.
it is a very fine and smart hotel in best direction!!
earl´s court station is in the very near and there are several shops, coffee houses and bars just around!
we would come back at every time and say lots of greets especially to Svresh from the reception who were so much in sorrow about our too-much-smoking in the morning :-)

Dear valued guest - thank you for your comments. Our location and staff have once again worked well together to ensure your stay with us is an enjoyable experience. The hotel was converted from a victorain house and we were limited by the original space and building. This may explain your comment on the smaller room. We look forward to serving you again soon.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the bustle of London. The hotel is very comfortable. The studio type bedroom suite we rented was very spacious, new, well appointed. The bathroom were exceptionally good - spacious and well maintained. There was a fridge and freezer that was very useful for our stay and even washer and dryer is availble. The guest services representatives were very kind and helpful in every way. Extending my greetings and appreciation to Mr. Abdulrahman who entertained us.

Pros:
Beds are clean and comfortable.
Breakfast includes ham and cheese. A hot breakfast (with the works) costs an extra £5, which pretty decent.
Hotel is about 5 minute stroll to Underground (Earl's court station)
Cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, pubs only a few minutes away.

Cons:
No free wifi, and charges are a little steep. (There's an Internet cafe nearby but connection is incredibly slow. If you're desperate enough u can pay for the hotel's)
Bathroom sink is unbelievably small. Shower area is also very small but tolerable.
Staff are a little shorthanded at night, so don't bother waiting for that extra pillow or toilet roll. Go to the counter and collect it yourself.
