I booked for the first time this hotel with one day in advance and I was surprise for the hotel.
Of course it´s no a luxury hotel but the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel it´s very near to Earls court station, The price it´s really good and if you book with advance could be even better. there are few rooms with a very small bath but only when the hotel it´s full. Anyway I got one of this but next day they changed me in another room at the same price. The personal was very kind and you have a free internet in the room it´s no very fast.

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for your recent review of Oliver Plaza Hotel.

I am delighted that you enjoyed our warm and friendly service. As always our location, facilities and service has combined well to make your stay with us an enjoyable experience.

The rooms may seem a bit small, as our hotel is in a converted building (like many other small independent hotels in the area), therefore we have different room sizes, and no standard room size. Indeed, within the same category they could be different.

Warm regards,

Kavin

Stayed one night and were upgraded to a nice big studio room (maybe due to a previous email confirming our booking ) which was spotlessly clean. It's in a good position near the tube. The staff were most helpful. The only problem was getting a table for breakfast as they were full and busy.

Room Tip: We had room 101...

I stayed there because a room was on discount that night, and was just for one night.

On my opinion, it was like a big room of a Hostel, and the shower was pretty disgusting and grotty.

Pretty expensive considering I paid £90 (and it was on a discount I catched)
I'm not saying I was expecting a 5*, but for the price it could've been much - MUCH better.

Room Tip: It's a decent hotel, but if you find something for the same price or cheaper elsewhere, avoid it.

When we walked through to door to our room our hearts sunk.

Cons:
The sink sat in the way of the toilet, could not shut the toilet door as it hit our knees on shutting, the floor was on an angle.

The wifi was slow and kept dropping out.

Could not wait to get out of there.

Pros:
The staff were nice.

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for your review of the Oliver Plaza.
I’m happy to hear you had a positive experience with our hotel staff and enjoyed the ambiance and the location of our property - we are very proud of our excellent customer service.
However, I am certainly disappointed by the poor wi-fi connection during your stay, which is really unusual, as you can read back the all the positive comments we're getting about the service.
Our building is a converted building, so some rooms are bigger whilst some rooms are smaller, but definitely up to the rating standards. For your next stay we will definitely supply you with a bigger room.
Please reach out to me personally at marketing@capricornhotels.co.uk before booking your next stay, so we can go above and beyond your expectations!

Best regards,
Eva

If you will spend your whole day outside and use the hotel just for sleeping, this hotel is suitable for you. Perfect location with 2-minute-walk from the tube station and many cafes&markets. (You can take piccadilly and district tube lines which we most used for our sightseeing places.) It's a very safe location even at night. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The receptionists answered all of our questions immediately even before we go there... The rooms were really clean and had free wifi ( you need to get an id and password from the front desk). Our hotel cost included free breakfast. There were not many choices but the dishes and the food was very hygienic. The room had a safe box and kettle which we were pleased to find. No mini fridge in the room. Rooms are too small but cute. We would like to thank to especially Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Federico for their kind help and support to us. We would love to stay again in this hotel.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Oliver Plaza.

The location of our hotel is often positively commented and our housekeeping team works very hard to provide cosy, clean and well maintained rooms.
Thank you very much for your positive comment about Ahmed and Federico, they are great members on my team and they will really appreciate your feedback - so do I.

I hope to welcome you back at the Oliver Plaza again.

Kind Regards,
Kavin
