Stayed at Oliver Plaza, just for one night, to see a show in London. The hotel is in a great location for the tube. It’s comfortable and nicely decorated and not overly expensive. Breakfast was good (really good choice) and the staff were LOVELY!
The only thing that stops it being 5 stars is; no hook on the bathroom door and the doors are very loud when people don’t hold them to close them. Therefore whenever a “neighbour” goes in/out, you are disturbed!
I would use this hotel again.

Had a wonderful stay at Oliver Plaza Hotel. The entire hotel is renovated and refurbished, from what I heard from the staff, and it shows. Also a perfect location, with Earl's Court Underground Station around the corner.

The rooms are small (but considering it's Londen that is too be expected, nobody needs a bedroom the size of a ballroom) but they thought over everything. Sockets everywhere in the room, including USB-ports so you really have no need for an international plug for your phone. A hairdryer can be found in the wardrobe, as well as a complementary umbrella (again, considering you're staying in a city where it rains quite often I'd say that is very considerate of the hotel and a big plus!). Bathroom is a bit small, but it has a lovely rain shower.

Breakfast is 'simple', but sufficient. Choice of bread, meats, cheeses, yoghurts and the 'English breakfast'-options. I would recommend taking up jams/peanut butter/chocolate spread within the breakfast selection.

Staff was very friendly, and helpful. You see the same faces daily, which is a good thing. Especially having staff members saying they missed you at breakfast, because you wanted to sleep in. Only 'mishap' I can think of, was that the night manager was absent from his post when I came back to the hotel on Tuesday night. Buzzed the doorbell for about 5 minutes before he got to the door, apologizing for not having the door open because he had something to needed tending to upstairs. I wasn't too cross about this, since I work in hospitality myself I understand these things happen.
But this could be prevented by purchasing a device that the night manager can bring with him/her so he/she is able to leave the front desk, but is directly informed of guests at the door.

Excellent experience in this hotel; would recommend others and think I'll be back in June!

A gem of a hotel in an excellent location. Staff were professional and attentive. Nothing was too hard for them, luggage storage was no problem and their attitude could not be faulted. I stayed here one night in December and immediately re-booked for my return through London before heading home. Better than some of their fancier competitors in the same area.

After having fled our originally booked hotel, we arrived at this hotel (booked like 15 minutes before we arrived) and were pleasantly surprised.
It is very close to Earl's Court Underground station, and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The staff was all very polite and nice and pleasant.
Check in was easy. We got a room on the first floor.

The room was TINY, but everything was very clean, good mattress on the bed (bed was shorter than usual though). There was a tea/coffee maker + tea, coffee, cream and sugar.
Bathroom was TINY, but execellent rain shower, and acceptable toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the room by a glass sliding door, so there is a bit of privacy, but not a lot.

Breakfast was included, and offered a nice selection of hot and cold items. It was more than acceptable.

We like being at this hotel, however...
It is not a room foor two "big" people, as it is so so tiny, and you literally have no space to turn around. We had a bit of issues storing our suitcases, and kept on bumping into each other.

The shower itself was spacious, but I was glad I just lost 100 pounds, since getting into the shower... I had to squeeze.

We only stayed for one night but would have been happy to stay longer and would definitely visit again.
Only a very short walk from Earls Court tube station with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
The hotel was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to drop off our bags in the morning before turning to check in in the evening after visiting an exhibition at London Olympia which is an easy 10 minute walk away.

~Yes, the rooms are on the smaller side, but if you're only looking for a clean, comfy bed at the end of a long and tiring day then this is the place for you.

The rooms are clean, modern and fully equipped with modern spacious bathrooms. Th beds are comfortable if not a little on the hard side.

Our room had ample wardrobe space, tea and coffee facilities and a smart TV.

The staff are extremely friendly, offering to bring our late night snacks and drinks to the room from the bar.

Breakfast was tasty. A small room but well managed and something on offer for every taste.
We would stay here again without reservation and have recommended to friends.
Free fast wifi and anti-mist mirrors were a huge bonus!
We had room 406.
