Been there for three nights. The room (first floor, facing the Thames and the London Eye) was big, cosy and the room service simply perfect.
The building itself is very good located. Few minutes on foot from Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, etc. north and the Southbank Place, London Eye, The Shard, etc. south.
The whole staff has been always nice and ready to help. We found the breakfast really good. Food was always fresh and tasty. And what made things much better was the the kindness and professionalism of the Restaurant Supervisor Alfonso, who treated us as we were part of his family or very close friends.
Only complaint: the noise coming from the main road in front of the park that divides the hotel to the main road itself. But I guess it is no one fault simply because the building is a listed one for sure and the windows are pretty old. Another thing also related to those window is a pretty annoying air intake from the joints between the frames and the windows themselves. Fortunately the air con did its job.
