We went with our friends to the Landmark for Sunday Brunch and if there is one thing you must do here is the Sunday Brunch. The quality and choice of food are superb and the service is spot on. The cost is £80 per head but you do get limitless champagne included and all four of us thought that the value of this meal would be very hard to beat in London.

You are invited to go to the omelette station to start with the breakfast side of things but we loved the fish and seafood station, also do try the sushi it is very good. The main courses are very high quality and the meat is so tender it meleted in your mouth. We had booked this event about 6 months in advance and were looking forward to it with anticipation and we all said that it lived up to and surpassed expectations.

You also get the pleasure of a pinaist and harpist who by request plyaed a lovely Happy Bitrthday to me. I definitely recommend the Landmark but book in advance as you don't wnat to be disappointed.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff and service but with just a few tweaks it could really live up to it's 5 star rating and would then get an 'excellent' rather than a 'very nice'. Plus side - 1 great staff, friendly & helpful. 2 Also were upgraded free to a deluxe room from a superior. 3 Room was excellent size with amazing bathroom. Down side - 1 earliest check in time 3pm is too late. 2 no tea/coffee facilities in room. 3 wi-fi at £14.50 a day is exorbitant. 4 bed very hard & uncomfortable. Overall good but a case of so near and yet so far as it could be excellent with just a few minor changes. Man Utd team stayed at hotel when we were there before their Community Shield game on 7th and Sir Alex was in the bar!

We have always stayed at the Marriot Regents Park when we come to London for Cricket, but as it was booked came here instead. I can tell you we wont be going back to the Marriot this hotel is better. A real find if you like Victorian architecture. Service could be better but room wa great. Spa good too. Handy to have Marylebone station next door as you could pop across to M+S and get water etc. and the tube of course, and always plenty of taxis. Good hotel, will stay again.

Room Tip: Rooms facing atrium have no traffic noise..

I was booked in by an associate and expected a noisy impersonal London hotel. I got a surprise. From the moment of entering the place I was greeted with helpful and smiling (in London!!) staff. The room was a bit darkish, facing the enormous central bar/breakfast courtyard, but it was large and opulent, silent but for the gentle tinkle of the pianist in the bar.

We stayed here to celebrate my BIG birthday, great location and wonderful room overlooking the aitrium where we enjoyed a yummy chocolate afternoon tea. My friends treated me to a girlie day in the Spa which was fantastic and then dinner in two twenty restaurant. Staff really friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble and the Landmark teddy bear was lovely surprise too !
