Stayed here in June. Excellent location. 2 mins. Trafalgar Square, 2 mins Leicester Square. Young, very polite and helpful staff. Room small but very clean and tidy. Stayed on B. & B. First class breakfast with plenty variety of hot and cold food to chose from. Hotel located in a quiet one way street so no traffic noise during the night. will definitely be back.

This hotel is perfectly situated to visit all the famous sights by foot. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is elaborate enough (with show cooking). Had a great stay, on the footsteps of trafalgar square, leicester sq and all the interesting things.

My husband and I spent several days in London in June 2014 and stayed in a luxury suite in this hotel. The hotel location was ideal as it was within walking distance to many attractions, but yet tucked away from the noisy London streets. The room (suite) was phenomenal! Lots of space, exceptionally clean and modern and lots of amenities. The hotel staff was quite friendly and helpful--especially the concierge, Lazlo who make arrangements for us to get tickets to some great sights! He arranged for us to do the evening dinner cruise which was great! He was extremely helpful and quite friendly each time we interacted with him. The hotel has a great restaurant and in addition to having a great dinner our first night there, we had quite a breakfast spread each morning--wide range of breakfast items and the service was great. Great bathroom and shower and the housekeeping service provided consistently great cleaning. The bed and mattress were extremely comfortable and we had lots of pillows and great turn down service each night--complete with chocolates on our pillow. We also had a small refrigerator in our room, great closet space and lots of bureau dresser drawers. We really loved this hotel and would most definitely return for its cleanliness, quality, and excellent staff! Would highly recommend it especially if you want to be near lots of sights and events, but yet away from the noise.

Room Tip: The luxury suite was fabulous--well located.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. We were very satisfied with the hotel and location. Staff at front desk was courteous, however; certain individuals seemed to struggle with their English. Our overall experience was very positive.

Pros: Centrally located to major sites such as Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square (literally next to the National Gallery). Rooms are very clean and modern with great shower facilities. Although our room was located directly above ventilation shafts ( I couldn't keep the windows opened since the hum was so loud), we had a nice view which made up for the noise inconvenience. With regards to inside noise level, the room was well insulated since we couldn't hear guests from upstairs nor from adjacent rooms.

Cons: For some reason our door key (card) was continuously demagnetized. We had it changed 5 times. The first few times, front desk mentioned that it was probably sitting too close to our laptop. Consequently, we made sure to keep the cards far away from the laptop but, lo and behold...same thing kept on happening. Also, we decided to return to our room earlier one day since we were exhausted from sightseeing and housekeeping hadn't made our beds yet (it was 16:00 hrs)!! Most likely, an oversight by housekeeping.

Despite a few minor glitches, I would recommend this hotel. I do feel that some of the people at the front desk should be a little more fluent in English. Also, management might consider modifying the tension behind the doors of each room since we could hear doors slam shut when guests left their room!! We'll definitely consider returning to this hotel.

Room Tip: Our room was 512. Nice view but a little noisy from ventilation.

Well worth keeping an eye out for the deals here, the room rates can vary quite a bit. This hotel is comfortable, clean and modern. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a good range on the breakfast buffet. One drawback for the business traveller is that the dining room doesn't open for breakfast until 7.00. Most importantly though the hotel is right in the heart of the West End and you couldn't wish for a more convenient location.

Overall this hotel is centrally located, with a friendly staff and is well appointed. However, some of the standard rooms are quite small. Ours was tucked in the corner and almost impossible for two people to function. For the price we were disappointed in the room size, but everything else was perfect, had our stay been longer we have likely asked for a larger room.
