The hotel has a very good location, just next to Tottanham Court Road tube station and 2 minutes from Oxford street. The price is also good for London. However, my room was so tiny, that I literally could not open my suitcase there! The shower cabin was also tiny. The worst thing was that the hotel did not provide free wifi in the room! However, I should note that I arrived at the hotel before the check-in time and I was given a room immediately without an extra pay, very much appreciated!

After reading lots of reviews we weren't sure what to expect, but to be honest we thought it was what it was, cheap and cheerful. A great location, so close to so many amenities. Our room was fairly small and looked out over the main street, very noisy with the window open and there was a wall mounted fan to cool the room, again very noisy. Overall though, you get what you pay for, The room was clean and plenty of tea/coffee making options, The bathroom was clean with plenty of toilet rolls, plus a box of tissues, clean white towels which were replaced daily. A good hairdryer provided too. We thought it was a good hotel, the staff on reception were very helpful and we used the consierge service to store our suitcases after check out. The lifts were slow but we weren't in any hurry. We would recommend this hotel. We didnt have the breakfast or any food during our stay so can't comment on that

Yes, the room was a bit small. That said, we wanted somewhere to sleep not throw a party. Nicely decorated, lots of hot water when needed and quiet considering its location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was enjoyable. This hotel provided us with everything we needed from our trip. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great position, just off Tottenham Court Road. Fantastic for West End. Bed would have been v cramped for two, but the room was exceptionally clean and functional. There was a fan in the wardrobe, but the modern windows opened fine. Didn't have the a Coffee and Go because it looked manic up there. Fantastic new outside bar attached to hotel- the only downside? The outside bit is only licensed until 10pm. Because it was so hot would have been lovely to sit out for longer. Staff at hotel smiley and helpful. V happy for purpose of visit

First of all, I did not realize that air conditioning was an amenity so that was a mistake on my part. We were given a small fan but it was really hot and after a day of touring and walking, a hot hotel room is not what you want. Our carpet was sticky and the molding around the floor looked like "mold-ing". The bed must have been from the time of "Henry VIII" and the springs poked constantly. There are 4 elevators, but they are small and there was always a wait. The included breakfast is awful--no taste at all. We complained twice to the front desk about our bed and were given a form to fill out. Wow--that really helped. Since we've been home, the hotel has called us several times to see how they could make it up to us. But they did nothing while we were there! I told them we would never be back and that I would tell others about it, so here I am. Good luck if you choose it anyway!

Room Tip: make sure you get air!

We have stayed here in the past and were pleased to note that refurbishment had taken place and this hotel offers good value for its central location
There is more space in the breakfast area and it is worth taking a table further from the buffet area which is quieter and less crowded
The room was very clean, no frills but functional
There was a problem on arrival as a leak on one level meant that a twin room was unavailable even though we had booked some weeks ahead. We were given a family room and the duty manager explained the problem and took us up to the room himself
Wifi is not inclusive but moderate cost .Would stay again

poor quality in breakfasts
unfriendly staff in the reception
the only advantage was the good location
