I've stayed in better budget hotels than this and certainly got more for my money. I'd have expected free wifi in all hotels by now but not here, as those that need it for work are held to ransom by extortionate Ibaan rates. There is no real air conditioning in the rooms, just some simple blower which runs loud enough to stop you sleeping and helps you forget how warm you are. I had a double room but it wasn't a double bed just two badly sprung ones cobbled together, which coupled with the lifeless pillows prevented a good night sleep....provided you forgot about the blower. Breakfast was sub standard, poor quality, almost mechanistic and understaffed and unable to cope with the numbers expected in a central London hotel. I will not return here.

Great hotel with easy access from heathrow journey takes about an hour by tube, take picadilly line to leister square then change to northern line to Tottenham court station . Stayed two nights, great location just off oxford street so ideal for shopping trip. Great breakfast, also good food in the evening. Staff very helpful friendly, bar stayed open till 2. The rooms are a little small but for the amount of time spent in them not a problem. Would definetly stay again

Been here countless times and i've been satisfied with everything every time, apart from my last visit. The workers outside kept making noise way past midnight, so it was hard to sleep with the window open (which was necessary due to the overwhelming heat). Apart from that, everything has been perfect every time. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends!

When we arrived we were upgraded to a suite at no extra expense. The room was comfortable with a seating area. There was another tv in the bathroom. The hotel is beside Oxford street and theatres.Breakfast was delicious and it was served to us. That was a surprise because usually breakfast is self served in most hotels.

This hotel is very busy but a nice hotel, staff are professional and friendly, rooms are adequate for a one or two night stay, clean and comfortable, its about a 5/10 minute walk to the queens theater , lots of shops and coffee bars, lovely restaurants to, the breakfast in the hotel is buffet style with lots to choose from, we would definitely return to this hotel in the future

Room Tip: We just selected a quiet room when we booked on line
