Customer Service Is Alive & Well At The Milestone Hotel!

So, post Covid we are experiencing appalling customer service & it appears to have disappeared from most 'service industries' training manuals? Not at The Milestone Hotel...customer service is OUTSTANDING. FAB-U-LOUS darling...thank you to all the staff for their hospitality! (There are not enough superlative to describe how excellent this hotel is.)

My wife and I had the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful stay at the Milestone whilst in London recently. The entire team there was most welcoming from beginning to end and no detail was left untouched. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Tim, the doorman, was exceptionally helpful in making recommendations for dinner, away from the mainstays. We will undoubtedly stay here again when returning to London!

The hotel's own description on its website is completely accurate in every aspect. It offers a sumptuous accommodation, unsurpassed service, genuine hospitality and first-class food. Particularly mentionable is the extremely warm, attentive and passionate staff. We will definitely come back again.

Visited and stayed for two nights at this beautiful hotel. From the moment my husband and I walked in we were made to feel extremely welcome. The entire hotel was immaculate, staff so very friendly and welcoming, lovely cosy and relaxed atmosphere throughout. Nothing was too much bother. I loved the little touches of fresh cookies waiting in our room and the candlelit bathroom on our return from an evening out. Very thoughtful.

Our room was beautiful, with beds being super comfortable and housekeeping impeccable. Breakfast was also absolutely delicious, and a perfect way to start your day. Plenty of choice (including full vegan options).

Cocktails are a must in the bar and the perfect way to finish your evening.

Excellently located within a 10 minute stroll to the Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Palace, with tube stations being within a few minutes walk also.

In fact, there was literally nothing we could fault …. Just the mini break my husband and I needed.

Room tip: Perfectly for Royal Albert Hall & Kensington Palace. Tube stations within a few minutes walk. NCP Parking 2 mins walk at Royal Garden Hotel

It's the third time I come to my "London home", every time I come to London. It's a fantastic "old time" Hotel, no tourist buses in and out everytime, no confusion, very clean , top services and a very professional staff. Highly reccomended if you want to taste the "Old English Style". Michele

the staff are so, so kind and helpful. the shower and bath were luxurious, and the robes and towels were soft. we got room service several times and it was always prompt and delicious. the restaurant and bar were also great. an amazing experience all around. i cannot speak highly enough of the staff.
