Stayed here to attend an event at Royal Albert Hall, which was about 15 minute walk, so no need for taxi's. Room was nice but bit noisy (3rd floor at the front of the building), but clean ad facilities were available (tea & coffee etc). we had breakfast included and this was very good, with plenty of choice of cooked or continental. didn't have any issues but check in went smoothly so no need for any other dealings with the staff.

Room Tip: a higher room or at the back may not be as noisy

Stayed here whilst on business in London recently. The hotel was very clean and tidy and has a nice reception area. The check in staff were friendly and worked quickly as it was very busy. The room itself was fine, had all the things you need, TV, tea & coffee making facilities, shower & bath. The bed was comfy and the room clean and tidy if a little small. It was a little noisy from within the hotel (I was on the 3rd floor). You can get an excellent view of London however if you go up to the top and look out of the windows, worth a look! Breakfast was a well stocked buffet of hot and cold food and the service here was excellent. No complaints, but somehow expected a bit more as it was not cheap (but then no hotels in London are cheap, especially Kensington!).

Room Tip: If you don't mind heights, get a room high up!

I stayed in this property for a couple of nights. The best part of the property is the location - Central London close to Gloucester road tube station - close to all amenities. The lobby is large with a Starbucks cafe inside it. Coming to the rooms, you need to set your self to standards of Central London (which means small rooms). When you compare it with those standards, the rooms are comfortable (No so large but still manageable).
The service is good and efficient. Internet is charged on per device basis (I paid GBP 25 for 2 devices/2 nights).
Overall satisfied with service

The best thing about this hotel is it's location in central London, very close to Gloucester Road tube station and the bus routes. Our room on the 12th floor had nice views, but was very small and hard to walk around in. The decor and bathroom felt old and outdated, but it was fine. We had to pay extra for WiFi which was so unreliable that some of the most basic tasks couldn't be performed. It seems wrong to charge guests extra for a service that barely works. The front desk struggled to be helpful, but the concierge desk was great. The cleaning staff kept leaving us mostly used rolls of toilet paper so we ran out several times. I didn't understand the toilet paper rationing. For the price and location, I suppose it was fine.

The location and view were great. The concierge staff was also helpful. However the wifi which we had to pay a daily charge for was slow and inconsistent. We had to speak with the front desk about it several times during our stay which was inconvenient. We were also left with only a small partially used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom each day so we ran out several times and had to use Kleenex.

We had a clean, fairly spacious and predictable room in this skyscraper hotel (27 floors) well located in West London near Gloucester Rd Tube Station.
Apparently it was built in 1998, but felt 1980s and is rather out of place in this part of London. It is surprising Planning permission was obtained for such a tall building. The bathroom was rather small and seemed dated.

Bizarrely the entrance to the hotel is at the back and geared to car arrival - there is no footpath on the shortest route to Cromwell Road.

That said, if you get a room here for a good price, then it is perfectly adequate and due to its location near the Kensington museums and for West London we should certainly be happy to return. Service was friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Plenty of quiet rooms - as requested.

This hotel was so noisy and uncomfortable after the first night I moved over the road and checked into a decent hotel,
I had an executive room on the sixth floor at at two in the morning the noise started from other people on the floor,
the air conditioning is preset and cant be altered so room is too hot and no air circulating
next morning no water pressure for a decent shower
although I had paid for the stay three eat free deal with 100 pound credit I couldn't imagine staying another night there and the staff at reception were no help as I had prepaid

I walked away vowing never to stay here again
upon checking other reviews I should have paid attention and not be swayed by the credit

my mistake

Room Tip: The place is crawling with large groups and airline staff who come and go at odd hours, downstairs f...
