I stayed here for 10 nights! Great rooms. Close to Hyde Park. Close to metro station. Loved the service, the staff was very friendly and helpful. When flying in remember to prebook a taxi to hotel before you get to London. Before you leave book one back to airport. Saves you almost 50 pounds per route !! I will stay here again!

Stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend, can find no fault with this hotel, speedy check in staff extremely efficient, double room well appointed and clean bathroom very well equipped, towels so luxurious, For a very large hotel, the breakfast was an experience in super efficiency, there was a large queue leading to the breakfast room but we waited no more than 5 minutes, the selection was superb everything you could want for a breakfast. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and it is in a great location and with a tube station nearby so easy to get to all the sights, thank you Holiday Inn for a great stay.

Best thing about the hotel is how convenient it is to everything! Tube station is a 1minute walk, so handy! Lovely rooms with everything you could need. We will be using this hotel for all our trips to London from now on

After a very sub standard hotel elsewhere we moved hotels to this Holiday Inn. What a welcome sight. Clean, spacious room, courteous service, and expected amenities.

Staff were very accommodating.

Really make our stay comfortable.

Thank you

We've stayed here for a couple of nights on a trip to see a Victoria & Albert exhibition. This hotel was chosen due to its location only. We're given a 7th floor room and the view was absolutely fantastic. All was perfect, from the receptionist to the comfortable bed. Will return for sure

I ended up with this hotel through a priceline bid. It was rated as 4star. I don't consider this as comparable to other 4star hotels. As far as comparing to other Holiday Inns rooms are typical. Does have more dining options and a helpful concierge desk. Was told that we would have a king bed and ended up being given twin beds for a three night stay with my husband. Not exactly what I had in mind for a vacation away. My request for another bed was not honored, even though when I called the day before they said it would be no problem.
All that aside, there is a tube station 2 min away with an excellent French bakery across the street! So good location.

Really nice hotel in Kensington one annoying thing is the Parking, as everywhere else is London it is very expensive. Breakfast was nice and the room was to a good standard. Close to the history and science museums and the underground. There is quite a few nice restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again!
