A good hotel within the excellent Shaftesbury chain. Good rooms, comfortable beds, nice and clean and a good (if pricey) breakfast. But its position means it is a long way from Central London if you want to party and the restaurants in Bayswater are just not as good as other areas in the city.

We stayed at the park grand this weekend and had a great time. We had a room on the second floor and we were extremely impressed with the room and service. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in and the staff looked after us really well. We would definitely book again.

Staff very helpful and welcoming. Room a good size and spotlessly clean. Convenient location very close to tube station. Rooms below ground level do not have windows but not a problem when only staying for one night.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for her birthday last night. It's situated near to earls court tube station, less than 5 minutes walk away. The reception staff were very welcoming and explained everything clearly. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you'd need. We would definitely stay here again

This was and ideal location for Earls Court when we went for the Ideal Home Exhibition. Arrived at Kings Cross Station onto the tube Piccadilly line eleven stops and we arrived at Earls Court, crossed the road and down the street and next to the building which is obviously having renovation work we were greeted two steps up by the concierge. Very quick check in. We were told we had been upgraded (didn't really make much difference to us as we didn't spend much time in our room) but all the same pleasant to know. Room was on the first floor looking out to the back of other buildings but not a problem for us. Room very lovely and spacious with wardrobe space, coffee/tea making facilities, writing desk and a large flat screen TV on the wall at the end of the bed. Bathroom was spacious and towels changed even though we hadn't put them out to be changed. A short 5-10 minute walk to Earls Court and a 20-25 minute walk to Stamford Bridge. Plenty of pubs around and places to eat be it a quick fix or something more substantial. (Didn't try the hotel for evening food). Breakfast was more than adequate with full English buffet style or cold meats, pastries, or breakfast cereals. Or you could always opt for paying the extra and having an omelette or poached eggs etc. All in all a very pleasant stay around a part of London we hadn't stayed around before and only a short tube journey into the centre of London to either hit Oxford Street, Leicester Square or Covent Garden. Small tip if you're staying in London and planning on using the tube invest in an Oyster Card not only do you get cheaper travel its also easier and this can be registered online and can easily be topped up on line.
