I wanted a hotel near to Victoria Coach Station and Tate Britain, and this was perfect. It is a budget hotel and very good value for money. The room was basic but clean, and the buffet breakfast was unlimited. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: I was in a room on the lower ground floor and couldn't get mobile phone signal.

This hotel was nice, comfortable, clean and very good for us to stay one night in London. This hotel wasn't anything special but it was okay for us and there wasn't anything we would have needed more. Rooms were quite small but the staff was friendly.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your review.
The issue with the stairs is one we need to address however it is extremely difficult to get permission to install an elevator as we are a Grade II listed building. In the meantime, we do suggest to our guests to request a lower floor room if needed and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.
I would like to thank you for choosing to stay at the Hanover Hotel and hope to welcome you again in the future.

This hotel was in a great location in Pimlico, you could walk to Chelsea in 15 minutes, and Pimlico Tube station was a 10 minute walk away. The only negative was the breakfast room was very small so you felt hurried to eat your breakfast and make way for other people waiting to be seated. If you are looking for a hotel that you will just be using as a base, this would be ideal.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your review.
I am extremely happy and proud to read that you generally enjoyed your stay at the Hanover Hotel. We too are concerned about the size and location of the breakfast room and are currently in the process of looking into other options. Unfortunately as we are dealing with a Grade II listed building it is slightly more difficult to find a solution.
Thank you for choosing to stay with us, my team and I hope to be of service in the future.

Was excellent value for money given it's location. wouldn't want to stay for a week but for a couple of days or so it's great. Shame there is no lift, fortunately we were only on the first floor but i wouldn't have wanted to be on the top floor, too many stairs. Also you get an extra single bed in your room even if you're only a couple, it takes up unnecessary space and makes what would be a good sized room feel like a small room. Still, all in all it suited our purposes for a weekend away and we would go back.
