This hotel is in a very good location for access to the centre of London, it is close to the tube and ideal for getting about. The staff of the hotel were very welcoming and friendly and always willing to help. The only problem was the noise outside the hotel at nights which kept us awake most nights.

Despite staying at this hotel 6 times for a week a pop in the past 6 months, I still seem to get rooms with the following standard issues: - Shades that do not fully cover windows, making it too light in the room - Dirty floor/rug - No free internet (in the US silver members are given free internet) In one instance, I had a room on the second floor that was located over the lobby. One could hear the music from the lobby thumping through the room. No one should EVER be given that room. I asked to be moved and was told there were no other rooms. When I arrive from the US, I was offered coffee, but nothing else. Not even breakfast. This is a little annoying, given I am spending 1600 GBP that week. The hotel could have offered me breakfast (14 GBP value, but we know costs the hotel much less). The location is great and the concierge and most of the staff are very nice and helpful. You have very nice people, you should invest in the hotel a little bit. The rooms are a dump for the most part.

We recently stayed at this lovely hotel recently and we thought it was excellent. We were in London to see a show with my sister in law and her husband to celebrate my birthday. On arrival one of our group mentioned it was my birthday so as a nice surprise, whilst we we were out,the receptionist arranged for a bottle of bubbly and some cake to be in our room, along with a lovely hand written card wishing me a happy birthday .
The room was lovely well maintained with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was excellent. If was perfectly located for Buckingham Palace and a short walk from Green Park tube station on the Piccadilly Line, Bond street is also only a short walk away. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

I would stay here again and again. Check in was quick and efficient. The hotel room was spacious and relaxing. We had great air con which was much needed as it was very hot this weekend. Even the bathroom was very spacious. Lots of floor space in the room making it feel nice and roomy. The telly was quite big with big speakers! Nice bright room with two big windows. We stayed on the 4th floor room 406. Really pleased with the room. The bed was only a double and usually I get king size in hiltons but wasn't the end of the world. It was very comfy.

The breakfast is the best I've found compared to other hiltons. It was the standard selection which is pastry cereal fry up continental and live omelette bar. The service was amazing really attentive and prompt. The chef who worked on the omelette bar was running around wanting to provide excellent service to everyone he was absolutely outstanding for service. He is a credit to the hotel.

Staff very friendly and polite.

Fairly typical Hilton quality experience. Check in and check out was easy and efficient. Central London is very pricey, and the room was too hot. Cooling did not work, but the fan did, making it difficult to know that there was a problem.

Great location but hotel is terrible. Corridors smell, dirty carpeting, ultra tiny and dingy rooms. Not at all fitting of the Hilton Brand. If you pay more than 70 pounds a night for this experience you are being ripped off. Am a very frequent traveler to London and this place is the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past 20 plus years.
