This hotel is perfectly located for Oxford Street. 2 blocks from Selfridges. We managed to park on the road or otherwise parking is £48 a day at a local NCP. We stayed on the 1st floor in a room with a gorgeous patio leading to a small garden. Only a few rooms have access. Club room was included in the price and the room was very nice and roomy. Unfortunately on return from a late night the extra bed for our child was not the room and we had to wait nearly an hour!!

Dear Inlovewithlux

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our propertyon Trip Advisor.

I would like tothank you for your great comments about our hotel. I woukd also like to take this oppertunity to sincerly apologise to you for the fact your extra bed was not ready when you returned to the hotel in the early hours of the morning. I have brought this to the attention of Liana Bobina Executive Housekeeper as this is not in line with our usual high standards of service.

I do hope we will have the oopertunity of welcoming you back to the hotel inthe not to distant future.

Kind Regards

The staff is what makes this property a joy. By the time of our check-in, we had been traveling for more than 20 hours and were quite tired. The woman at the desk was wonderful welcoming and accommodating. She was efficient and more than helpful.

Katie in Guest Services, Brian and Harry at Concierge all went above and beyond in making our stay exceptionally pleasant. Katie arranged for a special birthday cake to be delivered for our daughter's 18th birthday celebration on Christmas Day. It was exquisite! Prior to our arrival, Brian was quite helpful in having made a number of arrangements for us and was very eager to provide further assistance once we were there. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with one of the tours. Harry handled our negotiations with the agency to secure a complete refund.

That the staff was sufficiently abundant and helpful even on Christmas Day was well appreciated by our family. Even the Club Lounge was operating fully. This made our stay very comfortable.

Thank you to the people of Marriott Grosvenor Square!

Stayed at the millennium hotel at Grosvenor square last Christmas so opted for this hotel this year.
Lovely big beds and comfortable rooms. First impressions however weren't too good, my partner and I arrived in our car only for the 2 men on the door arguing with each other and us stood in the rain with our boot open waiting for help with our luggage.
Overall a nice stay

The only upside of this Hotel is the location.

That said, for the price you pay, the room was very small and the walls were VERY THIN. We were woken up from deep sleep at 3.30am by neighbours who just checked in - we could hear every word of their conversation as if they were in our room! Another night, another neighbour had some guests which kept us up until early hours of the morning with their laughter and conversation etc. Even the neighbour's TV could be heard and loud enough to keep us awake until it is turned off.

When we first checked in, there were two staff at the reception - one was attending to another guest who seemed to have quite a lot of issues; while the other was on the phone - I would have thought attending to a customer would be more important and the call could be handled by someone in Accounts as the conversation was relating to that subject... I had to wait for about 15 minutes before being attended to - and when it came to my turn, the Hotel's Computer was down - leading to further waiting time. This was at 1pm so, it was not at any unearthly hour or peak hour. Total time to check in and getting the keys to my room was about 30 mins which is certainly not acceptable for a 5 Star hotel!

Will certainly not stay there again and will warn anyone about staying there! Not impressed and not worth it!
