4 nights at Henry VIII in the mid of july.
In every other country it's a 2-3 star hotel but in London it's a 4 star.
Very friendly staff.
The breakfast is ok and feels fresh.
The rooms are small and old but they keep them clean. AC and fan included.
In the basemant they have a small swimmingpool and sauna.

This place is ok. Clean and in a great location for exploring London. Staff are friendly and there is a pool area. Rooms are small and the hotel is in need of a refurb but it's more than acceptable given the price and location.

I stayed here for 2 nights, good location for tubes and Hyde Park. Room was small but clean and everything worked as it should do. Breakfast was ok, continental. If i need somewhere clean, cheap and basic to stay in Bayswater I would consider this again.

Needing a cheap night in Central London before going away, I came across this hotel and thought it would fit the bill. We didn't want or need luxury, just a bed for the night, and that's pretty much what we got. Last minute reservation meant this was a pretty inexpensive deal especially including breakfast (which was mediocre continental style buffet).

Our room was a bit small and the double bed was really just an oversized single, so we had to snuggle up! There were tea and coffee facilities and the air con worked so we were nice and cool (I had read on here prior it was too hot at night and was a bit worried). Location was amazing, we ordered a dominos and walked to Hyde park with it, which was less than 5 minutes walk.

My boyfriend tried the underground pool and sauna too which was pleasant.

Only really suitable for a night and if you're really not too worried about it being luxurious.

The title says it all. If location and price is important it will do. If you want more in accommodation quality look somewhere else. Very basic hotel services though breakfast is included and acceptable quality. Room was extremely small including a bathroom and poor sound insulation. No Internet access was in the room but available in the lobby on a public computer so beware of keeping your passwords cleared. At best the hotel would qualify for an affordable sleep accommodation for no longer than a few days. But the location is very convenient for an on foot tourism with a tube station and many eating locations close by.
