“Cannot believe how poor”
Reviewed 2 November 2013 via mobile

My room was tiny with about 12 inches each side of the double bed. There was no bedside light. The bathroom was so small that when sitting on the loo your knees were underneath the basin and your chin was in it. The bedroom door lock did not work, yet the Reception had the nerve to say they had been up and checked that it worked. The bacon at breakfast was synthetic.

I don’t normally write reviews, but feel I have to about this hotel.
The room was tiny, consumed mainly by 2 beds.
The bathroom was ridiculously small; I had to squeeze round the door to get in and out. It was also very much in need of updating too.
The lift only takes 2 people, keeps breaking down, and doesn't even go to the top floor; you have to walk the rest of the way up.
It did have a good and rather large TV in the room, which was it's only redeeming feature.
Would not recommend or stay there again.

The hotel rooms are very dirty, old and extremely small. My partner and I couldn't even stand at the same time and couldn't even find room for our luggage. The window was broken, the air clima control that they write about in their presentation is an old fan. They also said that it would be minibar in the hotel room which it wasn't. Will never stay here again!

The hotel is right next to Paddington station. And that is maybe the best thing about it.
I stayed 5 nights with my son in a very small room. There was no place for the suitcase so we had to left it next to the bed. The room was clean and the toilet also very small. Breakfast is ok no more.

Room Tip: be sure that the room is not tiny.

The upper rooms are very good. The drawback is that the lift don't go to the top floor. Yip, that means you gotta carry your luggage up the small staircase to you room. The lift is also very small. The staff Is always willing to assist. They have a great taxi deal to the airport.
