4 of us stayed here for the bank holiday weekend. We had the family room which consisted of 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly too. The location is great, just a 5 min walk from Baker Street station. The beds were very comfortable, had a great couple of nights sleep. It was a bit noisy outside but they have put new windows in over the old ones so not sure if they could do more about the noise. Would definitley stay here again!!.

Room Tip: We had the family room for 4 women. There was 2 double beds so if you dont want to share beds, this...

I went to London to watch the rugby league cup final on the 23rd of August. The hotel was ideally situated being only minutes away from Baker St tube station. The hotel was good for a one night stay at only 80 pounds (room only) The room was very clean but basic. My room was on the third floor and there is no lift so not good if you are not fit. Would have been disappointed if i had travelled with my wife if the single room was anything to go by but as it was just me it fitted the bill of somewhere close to Baker St, clean and reasonably priced.

Room Tip: check which floor you room is on as there is no lift

Nice enough hotel in Central London. I stay in many hotels in this area due to regular work trips. This is definitely one of the better hotels in the area for the price range. Wouldn't go here for holiday but for crashing after lots of meetings and avoiding the tube due it's central location.... It's ideal!

Stayed at this lovely hotel one night to attend a training course the following day. Friendly manager checked me in and carried my bag to my room (as no lift). Room very spacious and comfortable with great amenities - almost like an apartment. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there are many coffee shops within easy walking distance on nearby Baker Street.

Please note that there is no air-conditioning, but the room I was in had a fan and a window that could be opened.

Two points to be mentioned:-
The "dead bolt" on the inside of my room (21) didnt work properly.
The shower unit was very slippy with no shower mat or warning sign - please be careful.

I would certainly stay here again due to nice room and location

Beautiful hotel and very nicely finished.

Our room was lovely and big unfortunately our fridge didn't work, when we enquired about this we were told that the hotel didn't have enough power to run all the fridges which seemed quite pointless. The separate shower and tub as suggested on the website was more than a little misleading. Our shower head wasn't attached to the wall and the lead wasn't long enough making a shower near enough impossible, all that would be needed was a longer tube and a wall mount and it would have been fine.

Our room was also on the fourth floor which some killer stairs. Generally once we were out that was us for the day but when returning to the hotel we were dreading the stairs!

What I assume was the manager on the day we checked out was a bit strange, when we returned to collect our luggage he was playing computer games and took great joy in telling us that when customers complain he just kills some people within the game to take out his stress...probably a slight dig considering we had voiced our opinions about the fridge and shower.

No A/C but we had a large window that we were able to leave open constantly to take the edge off the summer heat.

Over all very clean and tidy, location was great and I would recommend this hotel to friends visiting London.

Room Tip: Room 42, 4th floor with lots of quite steep stairs

Brilliant stay at this hotel. Room was excellent, large room with bed on mezzanine floor.

Amenities basic but just what you need for a short stay.

Location is excellent, baker st underground and marylebone station just a 5 min walk away.

We would definitely choose this hotel the next time we stay in London!

Since I couldn't find much info the hotel / apartment complex I did have some doubts at first, but reviews on here and on Booking.com were really positive so we decided to take the risk as we had fallen in love with the pictures straight away. And were we glad we did! We had a family room (fits 4, we were with 3), which looked almost exactly like it does on the pictures. That doesn't happen very often!

Great location, near Baker Street Station. And the EasyBus shuttle to Luton & Stansted Airport stops right around the corner, on the other side of the crossing. Perfect!

Check in was quick. The receptionist didn't speak English fluently or very clearly (Asian guy) but he was really friendly and even offered to take our suitcases upstairs (as there is no lift in the hotel).

We had a room on the first floor, at the front of the hotel, so right on the busy road with the bus stop right in front of us, but we didn't really have a problem with that. We had earplugs with us anyway.

The apartment itself was really spacious, especially for London standards and it had everything we needed. The only thing we kind of missed was a cooker though since it's an apartment, but we ate out, so probably wouldn't have used it anyway. Apart from that it had a small fridge, a kitchenette with a microwave and coffee and tea facilities (we didn't use either of them), cutlery etc., a fan, a spacious living room with TV, free WiFi, diner table and an open landing kind of bedroom with 2 double beds. The 'room' was rather low though, so mind your head if you're tall! The beds were too soft for my liking but that probably varies from person to person.

The bathroom was clean but really small compared to the rest of the room. The shower took some time to figure out but was great once you got the hang of how it worked. The room was also very hot, because you couldn't open the windows properly and as the room has really high ceilings, the fan (on a foot) didn't do much to cool it either. The room was cleaned every day, and even the dishes were done when we came back to our room one day. And after check out it was also possible to store your suitcase in case you had an afternoon/late flight like us. Service!

The receptionist at check out was less friendly than the previous mentioned man though. Only after ringing the bell at least 6 times and waiting for over 10 minutes, he arrived (from outside, so there was no staff in the building apparently, strange!) When we told him we wanted to check out, his exact reaction was: “Okay, bye.” I have never experienced such an uninterested attitude in any hotel I've stayed at. Could be because the man seemed to be Eastern European, so his English might not have been the best, but still. He didn't seem to care for us at all.

Apart from that, we had a great stay and I would definitely stay there again. Even though it was rather pricey it was worth it!

Room Tip: If you're a light sleeper, you might wanna bring some earplugs as the hotel is on a busy road. A...
