Oh Hazlitts, you truly are charm personified.
A bolthole in which to relax and escape to, following a night on the tiles, and my what a night it was too. The experience included a meal at a Restaurant called Archipelago (Gnu casserole and Zebra steaks)
Then drinks at Ronnie Scotts (Hazlitts is within staggering distance) we were lucky enough to see a great show - Ruby Turner. She was amazing.
More drinks back at the Hotel by the fireplace in the little Library, Then bedtime.
Beds are comfy, bathrooms with Victorian fittings are splendidly OTT and rooms are cosy and elegant. Didn't try the breakfast, we walked 2 mins along the road to Bar Italia for much needed bacon rolls.

We have set out to create the kind of accommodation we ourselves would love to find in the heart of one of the World’s great cities. Civilised surroundings; old fashioned hospitality; friendly efficient service; a location away from the roar of traffic, but within a very short walk of the most important attractions. ... more less
