The booking was a rather tedious process, at least over the phone. We did have a pretty complicated booking with several people and some of the travellers switching rooms after a couple of days, but I still think the process was too complicated and tedious. In total I spent an hour and a half booking rooms for 9 people for 5 days, which is too long in my opinion.
However, when we did get there the hotel was very nice. The service was very good and the hotel staff was very welcoming and professional. The location is great if you don't mind a few tube stops to get to the city centre. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We all had problems with the showers in our rooms though. They had one setting for power (pretty much maximum) and you had to fiddle quite a bit to get the temperature to a setting which wasn't either scolding or freezing.
Stay away from the breakfast buffet, you can get a better breakfast for the same price at the food market just a five minute walk away from the hotel.More
