This hotel is a great location for a trip to London because the tube is 2 blocks away. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the nachos from the bar were outstanding and the service wad good. The prices are reasonable for London and I would definitely stay there again

Good place to stay, very well located with a lot of restaurants, bars and shops around. The staff took great care of us and advised us on where to go out after dinner. Double Room was very nice, and great size bathroom. Breakfast at the hotel was also good, plenty of choices.

I have stayed at the London Marriott Kensington for years and found it to be a relaxing environment and very convenient to work and play activities. There are two tube stations close by to most locations and its a aafe part of town.

When I arrived at the hotel, I stopped for breakfast in the restaurant. Because of my busy schedule, it was the only day that I was able to eat breakfast in the hotel. Yet the restaurant hostess greeted me by name every time she saw me walk near the restaurant.

The staff member working at the Starbucks remembered my order every day, and apologized when he realized they were out of my favorite almond croissant.

The gentlemen at the bar were congenial with our entire group, and worked hard to serve our large groups even when the lounge was busy. They were friendly and remembered our drink or snack of choice every time.

The front desk was incredibly accomodating, despite my jet-lagged confusion.

The location is fantastic, the staff friendly; they attempted to meet your every need.

The attention to guest comfort made this feel like a five-star hotel.

Room Tip: I recommend staying on the back side of the hotel, where you have the option to open your window sho...

Spent two nights here whilst we visited the Ideal Home Exhibition at Earls Court. It was about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The rooms are very clean and well kept and the shower was good. Nice and bright in the room which I like. There were toiletries supplied and soap which was nice for a change . there was a good supply of tea and coffee and an ironing board and iron in the room. There was also a bath robe and slippers .We paid £50 extra tp use the executive lounge where you can get canapes and wine and beer from 4.30 to 9.30 pm . I didn't like the coffee machine in the lounge though as I thought the coffee was poor and only warm... All the coffees tasted the same and it was empty at 11pm when I wanted a milky coffee before bed.
The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent.
Would recommend.

Room Tip: Pay £50 extra for the executive lounge if you are staying inside the hotel and drink wine and beer a...

I normally like the hotels near Hyde Park such as the Grosvernor Square Marriott but stayed here as I was speaking at the Olympia. What a surprise, behind the glass exterior on Cromwell Rd lies a lovely sun room type entrance that also seems to buffer the sound from the road. The front desk staff and the lounge staff were great and the room was just what I needed for this trip. I was pleasantly surprised.
