Everyone seems to like the war rooms, we did, although we had been there several years ago, they have opened a new section and expanded the museum. We went because some French friends with a younger child and a teenager were with us and wanted to see it. We thoroughly enjoyed it even though we had previously been there.

Really very interesting, if you are a history or war buff. Parts of it were not very easy to know where to go next to keep it all in chronological order. For my son and I it was great my wife and daughter were bored after the first hour.

I think the included audio-guide is what really sets the war rooms apart from other attractions. That, and you truly get a sense of how desperate Churchill, Parliament, and the military staff were. The personal remembrances of the day-to-day staff were very interesting and poignant.

This part of history was certainly meant to be preserved for future generations. The audio tour brings to life the time spent in this huge bunker by Churchill and a staff of dozens. Not to be missed.

By far, this was the most interesting venue we visited. The war rooms coupled with the Churchill museum take you back to WWII. The bunker is much larger and complex than we expected. Every aspect of living underground in war time London is depicted and explained.
